This location is terrible! Ghetto at it's finest! No wonder the parking lot is always empty when I drive by! First off I ordered a supreme party pack($18). They rang me up for a regular party pack ($13) and substituted all 12 tacos to supreme which caused my total to end up $25 for 12 tacos! I brought it to the manager's attention and she assured me that the total was correct. I paid. I am a former Taco Bell shift manager so I know somewhat how things should go. First off I noticed that they had crammed all 12 tacos into one medium sized bag. I should've checked the bag before I left, but I didn't notice until I was home that one of my tacos was missing. 3 of my tacos were missing tomatoes. Every single crunchy taco was broken except one. Immediately I noticed that all the crunchy tacos were at the bottom of the bag (which is a no no) and the soft tacos were on top, so they were probably immediately broken. When I called back to the store the manager tells me the only way she can help me is if I bring all of the food back. At this moment my 3 year old son has already started to eat and now I have to take away his taco😠. Upon entering the DIRTY store, the floor was so greasy from the mixture of grease, dirt and rainwater that I almost fell. I decided then to just get my money back. I was greeted by another angry customer who was also upset that his order was wrong. He also tells me that they have the nerve to be upset because they messed up his order (go figure). Employees are joking and laughing and one male employee decides to talk sh*t in the headset to the shift manager as if I'm dumb and don't realize what's going on. How are you mad because YOU messed up my order? The next time put that same energy into getting my order right! I will definitely be...
Read morePhenomenally putrid smell in this Taco Bell. I can legitimately say it smelled sour and like feces. Why I didn’t immediately leave? I’m a vegetarian and have next to no options at the surrounding restaurants as we were traveling. Tried the power burrito (vegetarian option) and it came out with incorrect ingredients and looked nasty. I also ordered a plain bean burrito - no sauce, cheese or onion. It was a quarter of the size of a typical bean burrito. Both burritos were lukewarm, which concerns me. I hope I won’t be sick. When I needed to have the power burrito remade (since it was incredibly wrong), the woman that took the old one had walked to our table and took it for me and was nice to say they would fix it (she had just brought my husband the chicken soft taco that had to be remade since it was first made with beef). When she instructed her coworker (female) to take the newly made burrito out to me, that woman loudly announce there was no way in hell she was walking that out to the table and that we could come get it because she, “had a job to do.” I’m curious what that job is. As it was, the entire front area of the store is flooded (hopefully water) and smells horrible. They said it is from the drink machine. The drink machine had a sour smell, so that might be accurate. Don’t go into the bathroom. The smell was intolerable. I used it only to wash my hands as I could not and would not stay in longer. I strongly advise avoidance of this location. Had I not been about to pass out from hunger we would have never even ordered here. The posted health rating is 97.5 which I challenge the health department to prove they could actually have earned with the beans not even hot enough to...
Read moreWorst service I ever had Really! I walked up to the counter and the young lady said. I work the drive through so I can't take your order. The young lady that worked the counter was out having a smoke. So my group ordered from the large ipad no big deal but I was paying with cash and the other guys was with paid with card so I had to have the cashier to work her station at the front counter anyway so I had to wait until she got done with her smoke from out in the front of the store come in and take my money. While we where ordering a couple with a young child come in and the young lady from the drive through also told them as well that they had to order from the iPad cause she couldn't work the front counter because she worked the drive through and that was against toco bell's policy. The man asked again so we can't just order from the front counter. So they just left. I also ordered extra potatoes on my burrito for 65 cents and got 4 potatoes on it. Pretty pitiful. It's Really sad. They can do so much...
