It says that they are open from monday to sunday 11:00 AM - 10:00PM just to find out I wasted my time coming here they were already closed, it just seems very unprofessional I think it should show that they were closed beforehand instead of wasting people's time.

I just drove 20 minutes One Direction to get ice cream here because the Google profile says they are open until 10 PM and I show up and the place is completely closed and lights are off at 9:15pm.

No faster way to lose customers or a following than to close before a publicly stated time...
