Mountain Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

I hadn't tried Mountain Fried Chicken in several years and the experience we received reminded me of why I stayed away. The person receiving your food request was impatient. We asked if they had fried okra. He responded" yeah, if you want to wait 7 to 15 minutes". We said"ok". The person that takes the money came to the window saying "s_ _t". He couldn't get something working correct with the register, then he looks at the car asking " what you got there"? It was money to pay for the order. I looked from the backseat of the car and he then gave the total amount due. We waited a bit, then another person yelled from within " why you waiting, don't you have your order"? He was told" no and it's not correct"? He snatches the receipt and walks away after telling him it should state okra and fry. We waited about 6 to 8 minutes more and the 2nd person who yelled bought us food. While trying to check the order, the 2nd person yells "it's all there, you can go on". The order was mixed up and not hot, barely warm costing $25.00 and some change. The food Wasn't Seasoned At All, Very Bland. Mountain Fried Chicken in Ogburn Station area needs Help BAD! They need to learn Customer Service and Food Preparation. They need someone to Manage the place so staff will Respect Customers. The service on University at Mountain Fried Chicken is different in taste and Addressing People. I didn't feel like going in the opposite direction of my destination that day to go there instead. On Akron Dr right at the Hwy exit ramp. Handicap friendly parking that wraps around the entire building. U walk in the door & are greeted nicely by employees at the counter where u place ur order, pay & pick up ur order. There is a large menu with prices on the wall behind the counter. Some food options are kept warm behind glass at the counter for ur choosing such as green beans, baked beans, cobbler, Mac n chz, etc. Some items are made to order such as angel wings & tenders so be prepared to wait a little longer for these. It's a bit pricey for fast food but it's worth it. My 4piece tender dinner came with 2 sides & a roll. I ate on that plate 3 times. The tenders were huge & juicy. I LOVE their chicken. The BBQ sauce they provide is a little smokey. Not all chicken comes with sauce so if u want some u might need 2 buy a cup when u place ur order. The sides I ordered were green beans & baked beans which were ok. I also got apple cobbler for dessert & would not recommend it. The wedges my mom ordered were delicious! Next time it's tenders & wedges for me! They beat every fast food chicken restaurant I've been to except Chick fil a (they only win bc they offer grilled chicken options + diet lemonade shake YuM). Food was good, but on one occasion I had potato wedges that tasted as if the oil needed to be changed. Customer service is good. UPDATE: I changed my rating because when I recently purchased a meal, I observed that the sanitation grade was an '82'. This was very concerning because the grade card was hidden from the drive thru window, and I know that it should have been displayed so that the customers could see the rating. Is the owner trying to hide this rating or did an employee move the sanitation grade card? Regardless of the reason, the sanitation grade MUST BE VISIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO SEE!!! When I asked the cashier at the drive thru regarding the low grade, she basically stated that she just worked here and could not give me a concrete answer, which I sort of understand.
