I’m a Wawa rewards member and love Wawa but this particular one is an absolute disgrace… I work an overnight job in NYC so I stop here 5 nights a week for coffee and something to eat for my drive to work. This night team is awful.. there is one woman who seems to care (shes an older Spanish woman) but everyone else doesn’t seem to give a damn about anything but talking and laughing with each other. Coffee station is a complete utter mess half the time as you can see from the photos I added. The chedder pretzels, mozzarella sticks, chicken bites, etc are available once to twice a week max. The donut croissant bakery area shelves are completely empty 3-4 times a week. The self checkout is clearly the only way they want you to pay which is fine I prefer that the problem is most nights one machine needs a employee to swipe a card and put a code in it.. machine will be beeping for minutes at a time line 6-7 people deep and there’s 5 employees at the sandwich station laughing and joking with each other or chatting it up with the people leaving their shift in their street clothes behind the counter in the sandwich station, eventually someone will walk over laughing swipe their card and keep it moving.. no apology no acknowledgment of the clearly irritated customers on the line just terribly unprofessional. There’s one girl tall heavier set with braids who seems to completely hate every second she is there. Don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile and most times she’s just staring at her phone ignoring the person she is ringing up at the register. The customer service here does not exist and needs to be acknowledged this Ian guy I see on the wall as the general manager should be completely embarrassed. The Wawa in Woodbridge and Rahway the one by Middlesex County College are all incredible, clean always have options no matter the hour of day has employees who greet you when they see you really what I’m used to with WaWa but this location is an absolute disgrace to the name. Hope they do something about this I guess only time will tell.

Gas prices are typically on par with others, but they tend to be "cheaper" but not the cheapest. Not all the gas pumps are in service, so you have to try to find one that's in service. It would help to put the cones where they are more visible and not when you're aligned with the pump. They now have Tesla gas stations though maybe a little premature since I never see ir being used. Anyway, it's there should you need one, at least 12 of them. They have free air pumps for tires, usually with waiting involved in the winter. The free air is also about 2 or 3 out of 5 times out of service throughout the yr, so it's a hit or miss whether you'll be able to use it. I've been in the convenience store a couple of times. It's your standard Wawa w/ food and drinks available. Plenty of parking is good.

Every time I place an order it’s always messed up. I don’t see why it’s so hard for the prep cooks to pay attention and prepare the customer order correctly. I bought an oven turkey panini I paid extra for pepperoni on it only to get just the oven turkey and no pepperoni. Mind you I was in a rush so I didn’t check it properly which was my fault since they always mess my order up, when I was almost finished eating the sandwich I remembered that I ordered pepperoni on my sandwich paid for it and didn’t get it. I realize I didn’t get it when I got home n it was too late for me to go back.

I recently moved to NYC about 6 months ago, but my boyfriend was born and raised in New Jersey. Before moving to the city, I grew up in California where I didn’t even know that Wawa existed. When I visited New Jersey for the first time, my boyfriend wanted to show me how crazy different it was compared to gas stations or even convenience stores in the West coast, and since then I’ve always felt like Wawa sandwiches were my guilty pleasure. Today, however, we visited this location and grabbed two sandwiches and a coffee, but when we got in the car, the sandwiches were a disaster. Almost everything we chose for the sandwich was falling out, and the mayonnaise and mustard were leaking out the sides. I could understand if this particular location was busy, but it wasn’t. I know it probably sounds silly to complain about a sandwich, but when you’re paying money for something, you deserve to get what you pay for. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time. Hopefully, the employees will do better with...

I used to love coming here for gas and beverages but BE WARNED! An employee at this location has committed fraud and stole my debit card information when I filled gas at this location and has spent hundreds of dollars on my behalf!!!! Please be cautious of this particular WaWa there are shady people who work there !! USE CASH!! Check your account!!! YOU could be the next victim of having money robbed from your debit card ! I'm telling you I just so happen to check my account and I saw several charges from this location. Hundreds of dollars !!!!!! I will be escalating this to the authorities and all of my friends are already looking elsewhere to get there Gas and snacks!! Sorry Wawa you hired thieves who steal hard working people's debit card information. I contacted the supervisor "Malcom" and the GM never returned my call. She most likely does not care and I'm not sure Malcom did either. Again...
