This is my third time coming to this Chipotle establishment, the second time I came the experience wasnt great. So I decided to come again and give it another chance. But it was equally a bad experience all around. First as my boyfriend and I arrived at the chipotle, right at the entrance there were 3 guys probably about the ages 18-20. They were just loitering and horseplaying not being mindful of people in their surroundings. Some other guy was just riding on his bike, back and forth from where the entrance is which I find rude if you know that people are constantly coming in and out. Once inside there was a long line which is understandable becuase it was close to closing time, 9:30 to be exact. The line extended to the second door, the space that is in between the tables and the line of people is very narrow. Rude people just pass by without saying excuse me. Yet let someone do that to them and they want to start a fight. Once we got close to ordering there was a man in front of me and he said to the female chipotle employee "can I have a bowl, white rice, and no beans." The employee put beans on his bowl and he repeateded to her "I said no beans". This girls attitude was horrible, she clearly got annoyed even though it was her fault for not hearing him. She then put that bowl to the side then she grab another container to make him a new one. She had accidently grabbed two lids. So she flung the extra lid to where the tortillas were at, with a horibble attitude. I mean where is the professionalism? This girl literally flung the lid out of annoyance. Then the man proceeded to ask for fajitas, and with her big old attitude the girl said it's going to be a 5 minute wait. The young man just wanted the little bit that was left in the containers. So she placed it on his bowl but in a very annoyed manner. She proceeded to serve me next. She got my order right, then it was my boyfriend's turn to order. He asked for a tortilla on the side along with his bowl. She just did his bowl and continued to the next person in line. He once again repeated to her that he wanted a tortilla before he got further along the line. So since the girl wasn't getting his tortilla. My boyfriend asks the Chipotle employee infront of him for a tortilla since the girl wasn't doing so. The young man asked the girl for a torilla but she just continued to do peoples orders. At this point we were paying and still no tortilla. So we paid, but told the girl on the cash register that we repeated several times to her coworkers for a tortilla on the side but haven't received it. So the girl that was on the cash register told her fellow employees to get us the tortilla. So the girl that failed to give us the tortilla from the very begining, finally starts warming up the tortilla. When the tortilla was ready, the girl slaps the tortilla on the aluminum foil and the tortilla falls to the ground. So now we have to wait longer becuase she's over there with her attitude throwing stuff around. She finally makes it again and passes it down the line. The girl at the cash register apologizes to us for the girls attitude. Very bad customer service, especially from that employee. I don't understand people who work with an attitude. At any food establishment there should always be good customer service. The fact that this girl had an attitude makes the whole experience horrible. This is the closest Chipotle to us, but from now on we will order online to avoid employees attitudes. I recommend you do the same, or go to another...
Read moreLong Post Alert! I really don't know why this Chipotle is still open. I wish I could give ZERO stars.
This is the worse Chipotle! It's not my first bad experience here but it's right up the street from me so I've tried a few times. I placed my order for pickup through the app and it said my order would be ready at 9:10 pm.
I arrived there at 9:10 and the regular door was locked not allowing myself or other customers in. Other customers outside left but since I already placed my mobile order, I showed a customer on the inside my phone indicating the order was already placed and she pointed to the back door. I went and entered through that door.
Upon entering, there were several customers surrounding the pickup area & stand but there was no orders on the stand. However, there were several orders on the table behind the cash register.
At least 4 separate times I asked an employee near/behind cash register if my order was ready. Each time they checked and then simply said no. Finally, around 9:40pm (30 mins later, I asked an employee if I could get a refund. Either she ignored me or maybe didn't hear me because customers that came in before and after me were also asking questions about their missing orders.
I asked for the manager about 9:50pm. I asked him (He said his name was Ben-refused last name) about my order and he said it wasn't ready so I asked him for a refund which he said they couldn't give refunds and I had to go through the app. I told him I tried that (while I was waiting for my food) and it didn't work...Pepper was automated and only wanted to give me a free side. He-Ben said well I can't do anything about that. He was very nonchalant and quite dismissive.
Still there at 10pm, I asked again about my order. A new young female employee was really trying to help. She went to ask if my order was ready. Ben (proclaimed Manager) who was actually working on the orders told her there was no cheese...I ordered a Quesadillia...so they couldn't complete my order.
I waited almost an hour inside the store for a mobile pre-order to be told I couldn't get my order because they didn't have cheese and I couldn't get a refund and couldn't go anywhere else for food because all the other restaurants in that shopping center closed between 9 & 10pm.
In either case, I left without any food or refund. A waste of my time and I was still hungry with nowhere to get food.
The whole situation was ridiculous and I am finally done with that Chipotle.
Other issues is the store was unkempt and most of the employees were either rude or simply stressed out from that place which made everyone...
Read moreChipotle, in general is not all that bad. However, the service of this chipotle on rolling Road along with some of the other ones I’ve been to is not good. If you call ahead for an order, they have a shelf to put it on but they don’t put it on the shelf which is fine. Maybe you don’t want somebody to tamper with the food or maybe people are taking the wrong food fine. But this causes a person to ask if an order is ready because we can visually see that there are orders just sitting there. What does the staff do? The staff gets pissed when you ask them isn’t online order ready. why not just bring the two pieces together to mitigate the problem and call the orders out periodically when you see new people walk in the door just so that they’re not standing there for no reason in the food doesn’t get extra cold. That’s just common sense one01. For some reason whatever you ask one of the employees is the food ready because they refuse to put it on the shelf or call out the orders occasionally when new people walk in the door which would just make sense they get pissed when you ask is the order ready . CEO corporate please hear me for some reason. This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. I watched a whole line of people who walked in after me get served and get their food and the order that I called the head for was still not ready which really fundamentally makes no sense, but at the same time, there are other people who are waiting on their orders, they called the head for and they are orders that are ready but they’re literally just not calling them out. So the orders are getting older and colder and consequently less desirable. For a certainty. I’m just not going back. That’s it that’s all I don’t understand how that would be something that would require training. If you have the orders ready , feel free to call them out. Don’t just wait for somebody to ask and then get pissed because they asked which by the way is only after waiting patiently. It just goes to the incompetence of...
