UPDATE; Its a few month’s later and my package never made it to the destination. I was hoping it was lost and would eventually make its way but I did not, which proves to me that it was never sent. The store has done nothing for me. The guy who took the package from me is no longer there. Coincidence? No, I doubt it. Terrible customer service from the owner’s!! BE CAREFUL HERE SOME EMPLOYEE’S ARE D I S H O N E S T! I’m changing my review. Last week I walked into the store at 6:50, ten minutes before closing. The two employee’s were mopping the floor already so to be courteous I didn’t want to step on their floors so I handed my package to the male employee and left. I’ve never done this before. I’ve always waited for them to scan it. But, I’ve been in the store every day for months. So, I told him don’t forget it and off I went. BIG MISTAKE! The item never got scanned! And I lost out on my sale that was inside the box BECAUSE THERE WAS NO TRACKING NUMBER!! I’ve spent the last week trying to resolve this. I asked if there was a video of the store and the owner said NO! WHAT!? They deal with hundreds of packages and they don’t have SECURITY? The only explanation left is that the employee took my package because it was never scanned. BE CAREFUL! DO NOT JUST DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGE…IT MAY D I S S A P E A R!!! Yes, I blame the employee 100%!!!! One of them STOLE it because it was NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!!
Very helpful staff! Most of the staff I’ve encountered here are very nice, very helpful, they go out of their way to accommodate you. The older woman can be a bit snappy but I’ve always gone in near closing time. I’d most likely be aggravated as well. She also made me pay extra for an envelope that I had been charged the wrong price for after I checked out. It was a difference of $1.50, no biggie but you’d think she’d just let it go. Read moreI was a mailbox customer for over 5 years at this location. Raj and Bina, the former owners were wonderful people who truly cared about their customer and the business. Unfortunately, Raj and Bina retired and left it in the hands of a woman named Karen who does not value her customers nor provide anywhere near the level of service that Raj and Bina did. The location is severely understaffed at all times. I came in one day in November to pick up my mail/packages and it was very crowded. Mailbox customers have a separate area to pick up packages and I went there. I was ignored by everyone behind the counter. Next thing I know another customer goes BALLISTIC on me saying I cut in line. I explained to her I was a mailbox customer and had a lease with the store and was in another line. This woman continued to scream at me on the top of her lungs. I told her if she had a problem with the store policy she should talk to the owner and I pointed to Karen. Karen ignored everything that was happening and allowed this woman to verbally abuse me. She finally acknowledged me by getting up and saying with all the sass of a teenage girl " I am the AGENT, not the OWNER" I have no clue what that means but it translated into me realizing Karen likes taking my money, but not providing the wonderful service I was accustomed to from Raj and Bina. She continued to let a customer verbally abuse me for close to ten minutes before instructing an employee to get my packages for me. The audacity of me coming to get my packages and use the package service I PAID for! The next day I took my business elsewhere. Read moreHello, I was in the UPS Store on Friday Morning 4/18. I witnessed Karen berating and belittling a Black woman customer. 1st of all she was short with the customer and had an angry tone with another Black woman (who left in frustration),while being nice and friendly towards the white customers. She wouldn't look for the item the customer asked for, that had been scanned in since the day before according to the customer. The lady left after Karen put her finger in her face and yelled at her. However, I stuck around to see what happened. The customer came back with a UPS rep on the phone, Karen got angrier and threatened to send the customer's item back. I hear the customer say it was a check. One of the other employees went to go look for it because the Phone rep (on the speaker phone) told Karen the items was JUST scanned by a male employee who she threatened to NOT go get the item. Karen was very unprofessional, obtuse and rude. She even pointed her finger in the face of the woman customer. Again, I witnessed her mistreat the Black customers and went above and beyond for the White customers. I've been in this store before to pick up items for someone and I've witnessed Karen be mean to a Black young man a few months ago. I didn't say anything because sometime customers can agitate workers. But to see this behavior again, it is totally unacceptable. I do not live in the area but was there for Easter Weekend and I am very disappointed that in this climate, people who aren't white are being prejudiced against Black people who work for and spend money to support business who mistreat...
