America's Best Inn — Hotel in Wyoming

Horrible service. Just called to book for tomorrow as stated while the lady was on the phone on speaker with my husband as she informed us to call back after 11:30a. She now is stating I would have to call back on the day of to see if any are available. Traveling from Washington DC this is HORRIBLE customer service. Renovation is currently on going and most of the time they do not pick up at front desk. Called 20 times and finally got through after 18 minutes just to be turned away. DO NOT BOOK HERE! Cockroaches are still in hotels and they charge for breakfast that only consists of stale cereal and bread. MY MONEY WILL BE USED SOMEWHERE ELSE. I wouldn't be surprised if they closed soon due to this horrible service. Also has laundromat that does not work and YOU are reliable for any and all things and money spent from the vending machines to the washer and dryers. This...

I have stayed here only 1 time. Just for the fact of because the apartment building I was in was condemned. So I had to have a cheap place for a night or so. My advice is NEVER GO THERE. The service is terrible. The rooms are disgusting. The hallways smell like drugs are cooking. I ran up to McDonald's to get a bite and as soon I got out of my car a prostitute came right up to me. I was afraid that I would get aids just looking at her. People are always fighting there. And yes I have noticed that their is drug trafficking there. If nobody thinks this place is bad then why would the police on a daily routine have to go through there. I think that place needs to be shut down for good and the feds need to go through there and do a clean up. I hope they do...

Horrible experience. Stayed there twice. Once in 2009... again in 2012. Same story different year. Bed Bugs. Both times the staff had the audacity to accuse me of bringing the critters there with me, despite the fact that they've dealt with this issue many times before. Just found that several individuals have recently suffered this experience there. So I called the front desk and asked the very unprofessional employee why they hadn't remedied the infestation. I was told, "bed bugs are a common hotel problem. We take care of it as soon as there's a problem. We even allow our customers to switch rooms... but no refunds".......... Bottom line, this place needs to be shut down. No one should pay their hard earned money to be ate up by bugs...
