Staff lucks basic hotel experience. They'll want you to watch your room while they are cleaning or else they won't perform it. It took the 2 days to clean my room after I have requested. I had to ask for soap, water etc. everyday, they won't be offering it on their own... Before check-out receptionist went to my room for checking if its in a good condition and told me to stay on hold while she back...
