Could’ve Been 5 Stars, But Let Down by Management and Noise Issues
Our stay at this hotel started off on a very positive note, and it easily had the potential to be a 5-star review. The building is brand new, so there’s no trace of mold, insects, or that unpleasant damp feeling you sometimes get in older places. Everything—from the floors to the furniture—is modern, stylish, and clearly made with good-quality materials and fabrics.
The bed was a standout: very large and exceptionally comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised by the amenities, which were comparable to what you’d find in a 4 or 5-star hotel. Daily-refilled bottled water, a minibar, slippers, a bathrobe (though only one was provided), shower gel, shampoo, and even a razor and dental kit—all thoughtfully included.
The cleaning service was excellent. You can schedule it within their cleaning hours, and the staff kept everything spotless.
The hotel is in a relatively quiet residential area with no noisy bars, clubs, or restaurants nearby. Ideally, you’d only hear the occasional rooster, dog, or kids playing. That said, we did experience a few days with some private karaoke sessions nearby, but those ended by 10pm.
Unfortunately, things took a downturn due to a few major issues. First, the building next door is under construction, and the noise from drilling and hammering starts as early as 7am—even on Sundays. Second, we had very inconsiderate guests in the room above us. They were dragging furniture, moving chairs, and making loud banging noises well into the early hours—sometimes until 3am.
We reported this to the front desk after a few nights of disturbed sleep. They offered to move us to a higher floor, but then nothing happened. Two days later, we followed up and were told a refund for the remaining nights wasn’t possible if we checked out early. Instead, they offered to move us to a lower floor and offered a complimentary minibar as compensation. At that point, we decided to just stick it out for the last two nights and leave as soon as we could.
It became clear that the staff either couldn’t or wouldn’t deal with uncomfortable situations. The guests above us were never even notified about the complaints. That was the most disappointing part—such a beautiful hotel, with great potential, let down by poor issue resolution and a lack of follow-through from the staff.
If you’re lucky with your neighbors and the construction isn’t ongoing during your stay, it could be a fantastic experience. But based on ours, we sadly...
Read moreI’m only a couple days into my 3 week stay at Nami Boutique, and I’m already in love with this place! The location is perfect, and this brand-new building is modern, immaculate, and so thoughtfully designed. After dealing with mold in a previous rental, the fresh, clean air here feels like a total game-changer for my health.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse I’m in is just stunning – it’s spacious, beautifully decorated, and the panoramic views are simply breathtaking. The big, open windows let in tons of natural light, making it the perfect spot for some yoga or a relaxing cup of tea in the morning. The beds are unbelievably comfortable with pillows that are just the right balance of softness and support, and the kitchen is the ideal size for cooking, which I love. The little details here are what make it exceptional – the closet lights up when you open it, and there’s touch lighting in the bathroom that feels so convenient and luxurious.
The staff here have been so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, offering fresh towels and water at my convenience and keeping everything spotless. And let me tell you, the rooftop pool is already one of my favorite places to unwind – it’s gorgeous!
For the price, the quality and experience at Nami Boutique are top-notch. It already feels like a home away from home, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained place to stay. Absolutely thrilled to be here!

Read morePlease beware!!! If you prepay your reservation at this hotel, they may not provide you a room, gaslight you, and still take your money! I had to find a place to stay at the last minute and booked a 2-day stay for this hotel around noon on Expedia for the same day, and messaged the hotel that I was checking in late. When I arrived, they did not have a room ready for me and the person onsite did not know which rooms were available and he wasn't able to contact the owner after trying several times. I had to leave without a room, and have been trying nonstop to contact the owner. Expedia also tried to contact the owner and said that the owner continue to drop the calls. I am very disappointed in this hotel that willingly took my money without providing me a room. To add salt to the wound, they sent a confirmation message 30 hrs after I originally booked the room and sent me a message asking how they can help me. There was no response after that.
Update: After posting this review on Expedia, the hotel contacted me apologizing and approving my refund. However, my review on Expedia is now gone because the hotel has decided to hide all reviews. No one can tell though because on Expedia, it only says "no reviews yet". This is super shady behavior! How many more bad reviews are they hiding there? Cannot trust this hotel at all. There are so many other options in Danang! Support...
