Flexi Hotel & Apartment — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Stayed here for 3 nights for our Da Nang trip.

Great location, plenty of eateries and cafes in this area. Short walking distance to Han Market, Dragon Bridge. Spacious room.

(The rooms are all in 2nd floor of the building, 3rd floor is a co-working space. If you are taking grabcar, this hotel name is not in the grab app, instead, choose “TTTM Da Nang Square” and it worked.)

The not so good part: Water leaked a little to the outside of shower area after less than a minute of shower. Obvious stain in the shower area. Stained cutlery. Drinking water was provided in a reusable glass bottle, but it has stain on top of the bottle. Dirty kettle but we get a replacement instantly upon request.

Housekeeping was done daily but coffee was never replaced. On day 2, the housekeeping staff took one of the used hand and face towel but did not replaced. During checkout there’s some hiccup, though the receptionist’s attitude was apologetic. Big room for improvement on the...

Nice place with super friendly reception but too bad there’s a lot of miscommunication. Nobody was in the reception when we checked in. Security needed to call her to come down. We were told that coffee and water bottles can be requested once finished. We asked for coffee and water refill, no one came to give it to us until I came down to reception and asked for it. No one informed us that the reception was only available until 5pm on a Saturday. The shower gel and water ran out, so call reception, security answered but did not speak English at all. Texted the reception on whatsapp then the security came. We checked out around 12:00pm again no one at the reception so we leave the key to the security.

I had a really great experience working with Ngọc Diễm from the sales team at Flexi Hotel & Apartment. Even though I didn’t end up taking the apartment because I personally didn’t feel comfortable with Da Nang as a whole, I want to highlight how professional and supportive she was throughout the process.

She was extremely responsive, always prompt for our meetings, and took the time to show me numerous contract options that I hadn’t even considered. She really went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the possibilities that could have worked for my situation.
