The service was awful.
We were not informed that the food will come out slower than usual but since it was during the holiday season so the wait was not a big issue. What really put me off was the waitstaff’s response to our questions related to the food, and how they handle their own mistakes. I understand that during the holiday season the majority of the staff are casual and they don’t have as much experience, still this is too bad for such a big restaurant.
We asked about the spicy level of one of our dishes and was replied with “I don’t know”, and when asked if we can cancel the hot pot since it was a long wait already and we have to go (we told them that if they haven’t made it yet, could we get it off our bill). The staff said that the hotpot is already made and they will bring it up right away. What we ended up getting was not what we ordered, we ordered the special creamy soup hotpot which comes with both seafood and meat (shown in the bill), what we got was a clear soup hotpot with only seafood. When we asked the staff if what we got is the special one or the seafood one, he replied “It is the seafood hotpot.” We asked them to check again in the system and so he did, we also told them that if it is seafood hotpot on the system then it is fine, if not we are also ok with this and they can update the system. Later, another staff brought out the meat and told us it was the kitchen that missed the meat. There was no clear explanation and apology or whatsoever.

I had a pretty good impression of Thai Market a few years ago, but my recent visit was truly disappointing.
About the food:
Seafood glass noodles: The noodles were clumped together, losing their signature chewy texture. The flavor was bland, lacking the rich taste it used to have. The sauce was watery and far less appetizing than before. Tom Yum: This was the dish I had high hopes for, but it turned out to be the biggest letdown. The sour and spicy balance was off, and it tasted like it was made with instant seasoning packs rather than fresh ingredients. About the space: The first floor had a strong sewage odor, creating an unpleasant feeling as soon as I walked in. This really took away from the overall dining experience, even though the restaurant was quite busy.
About the pricing: The food quality and portion sizes did not justify the price. At this price range, there are definitely better options with superior quality and dining experiences.
The only positive point: The staff were very attentive and polite. Despite the crowd, they remained friendly, helpful, and professional throughout.
Overall, this visit was disappointing as the restaurant no longer maintains the quality...
Read morethis thai restaurant is quite well-known and has multiple locations. the menu is diverse, and the staff were very friendly. i made a reservation through the hotline one day in advance, but received no information about any promotions that were advertised on their website and fanpage. the staff on the hotline also didn’t mention anything, which left our group disappointed when we didn’t receive any offers despite booking early. one hotline staff member was unwilling to suggest any available deals, saying that was simply how they operate. on the second floor, there are two air conditioners, but due to the open design and high number of lunchtime guests, some areas were still quite hot. although additional fans were provided, there weren’t enough, and 2–3 members of our group were uncomfortable during the meal. i’ve lost trust in this restaurant’s customer service, especially after the way they responded to my feedback via message, it was...
