Gió Biển 2 Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I do not recommend coming to this place at all we booked through them for 2 nights, We arrived at night and the first room was filthy, dirty sheets, torn curtains, the remote for the air conditioner didn't work and the worst thing - it didn't match the pictures. I went straight to them and asked to be moved to a normal room. They moved us straight to a room that was the same but not run down like the previous one. That night, my partner and I got ready for bed, she showered at the same time. And suddenly I hear the door of the door open and my roommate screams. It turns out that one of the hotel employees entered our room with an additional key that is at the reception without knocking or asking first and saw my partner naked. Such an incident has never happened to us in our life, it was shocking. We asked the hotel for a full refund for the terrible heartache caused to us - and only after arguing with themselves did they decide that we only deserve a refund for one night!!! shame!!! Apparently, if it was a normal hotel, they wouldn't have thought twice and immediately refunded us the full amount we paid for 2 nights. Just a difficult and unpleasant experience, save it for yourself and don't come...

Many many things wrong with this hotel and staff.

Check in process took way too long, and they couldn’t provide me with a receipt, they had to type one out on a word application instead, waited about 30 minutes for that.

The room didn’t have a shower curtain but had a rod for it, so the entire bathroom would be wet. The TV had agreen like across it the entire time, there was a gecko in the room our entire stay, lots of ants, the room card was falling apart, just cheap overall.

The staff were inpatient, room cleaning would aggressively knock on our door nonstop after we said “one second” multiple times as we were changing.

The fridge comes with water, Pepsi and red bull, with no prices or indication they were charged. Upon checkout they inspect your room to see if you used any of it and charge you up to 100,000, water is also charged although room cleaning...

This hotel refused to check in because they didn't have a room ready!! There were no warnings about it, no calls/massages/mails. They didn't offer any other room in this hotel, but hostess at reception called to anoter facility as she said, and offered the same room with the same price. She called a taxi I had to pay for it. But it was also a lie, the room I ordered was a big room with a balcony and the room they offered in another hotel has no windows at all. Also it was very dirty. And the message from first hotel about that room is not ready I received later at 10.59 pm this day! Photo of the hotel they offered instead of their own! I will not delete them so that people will not be misled when they are offered the SAME room instead...
