3/18/25 to 4/30/25: From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Everyone I encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff—was incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and warm. Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit isolating, but the team here made sure I never felt that way. Their kindness and attention to detail made my stay not only comfortable but truly memorable. It’s rare to find such consistent hospitality from beginning to end, and I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town. Special shout out to my new family; Ms. Sofia aka Boss Lady and her son Zen was so friendly and generous and the Fur Baby and Big Boss of PAMA, San was always on guard watching and greeting everyone with an occasional bark here and there and always loved to be rubbed. The restaurant team were awesome, Way makes the best Coconut Coffee and he has a great team that works alongside him. Hai, Nam, Tam, Olga, Lu, Hoang, Tuan, and more. They have all assisted me whenever I visited the restaurant and I was there often. It was my living room, work station, entertainment and a great pass time location. The housekeeping staff was so amazing, Nguyen, My and Nga were always there when needed and up kept the rooms and environment so well. They even packed up my belongings with such great care and organization and moved them to my new room. Daniel wore many hats and he was always so warm and attentive to me every time I saw him. He helped me in so many ways and I’m so grateful for him. The ladies who make all things flow was Annie and Lizzie, the ultimate receptionist duo. Annie was so helpful with me getting my reservations secured at PAMA for the last 45 days of my stay in Danang, Vietnam. PAMA is a highly sought out hotel for many reasons and they remain booked most of the time, so being able to have a reservation for the length of time I was there required a lot of work and these ladies helped me through it all. Now this came with several room changes, but it gave me the opportunity to explore every room type with exception of 1. They made each room switch seem-less and I would do it again. I can’t forget Menh, who was also another great help and conversationalist and the security Mr. Kim the night watcherJ. Mr. Kim assisted me several times when I needed him late at night whether I was coming in late or working late down in the lobby and just being kind and warm to me every time we saw each other. Every room was so nice and comfortable and I love the special touches of décor and conveniences. The colors, amenities and comfort made my time at the PAMA difficult to leave. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Danang. Shout out to everyone: Nguyen, My, Nga, Sofia, Zen, San, Way, Hai, Nam, Daniel, Tam, Tuan, Olga, Ludvig, Lizzie, Annie, Menh, Hoang and all those who worked behind the scenes to keep it all a...
Read moreCame here with my wife for a few nights during our stay. Have to say the hotel is great, location is good, rooms are very well designed and colorful in a happy way, even the owners seem to have used Scandinavian taps, sinks and showers. The additional thoughtfulness of a steamer rather than an iron and beach towels with a bag is great. Breakfast is exceptionally good for a small hotel and the staff at breakfast are constantly working to help, cleanup and add more food when things run low. This would have easily been a five star review but sadly in the day of our checkout we woke to a terrible smell of sewerage and the sound of construction, we had an end room so possibly the construction had hit a pipe but it was awful and no mention of apology from hotel staff which would have been a much better way to deal with things and even could avoid mentioning in a review. Several people on our floor were commenting at the awful smell. When we checked out I planned to mention this but part way through the process I was asked to wait while someone who just arrived was prioritized above me. He was checking in and actually arrived a day early to just drop bags yet the front desk staff made me wait and then just said ok you’re done and didn’t even ask about the stay. Perhaps an oversight or perhaps intentional to avoid confronting the problem that was known with the smell but while I understand greeting new arrivals is important, and the gentleman that arrived also said he could wait, delaying and making people who are already at the desk processing things to wait just leaves a bad impression. It’s sad because I genuinely like the hotel and the staff approach and friendliness. Hence reducing to...
Read moreWe stayed 7 nights at PĀMA Boutique Hotel and it was absolutely amazing. By far, and I have to repeat, by far the best experience we’ve had in Vietnam.
The staff upon arrival were very friendly and welcoming, helping us with the suitcases and making sure our check in was as fast as possible.
The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including fresh fruits, bread, soup, omelettes made by the chef and many toppings (Kimchi, Onion, Chili paste, Chicken). We were so happy to finally eat breakfast at a hotel, where you can start your day on a high protein and healthy basis! Super delicious.
The room we stayed in (Panoramic sea view) was indeed panoramic, with a beautiful sunrise view. Very tidy, clean…. and let’s not forget the super comfy bed!
And the staff… incredible. Just one quick story: the very first night I asked for water with ice and a slice of lime. The bartender very kindly brought it to my table. The next day, just when I sat down, I got immediately served a water with ice and lime, BUT by another bartender. Without even asking. Just straight up bringing it to my table! How incredible is that? Attention to the small things. Remembering these little details and communicating it with your colleagues is what makes a guest feel really special. Bravo!
Great management. The service and all the facilities of the hotel are incredibly coherent and well thought out.
For anyone still deciding on where to stay in Da Nang. Just book this hotel....
