I gave you 3 star because of your kindness, my girlfriend didn't sleep 2 nights because of the noises and we booked a way more expensive place just to have some sleep

To address your answers:

WiFi: we are not from Eastern Europe nor USA, we are Italian and German, as an IT technician I can ensure you that adding a router doesn't change how you access website from whatever reason, it only fix broken appliance that you have at the 4th floor

Laundry Room/Elevator: 35 reviews for 7 years of hosting doesn't adds up, furthermore we didn't want to leave a review because we felt bad for the host. This probably explain the few review In 7 years because when we stayed they were incredible so we felt bad to share our experiences, I'm sure we are not alone. Still doesn't change the fact that I've been woken up by the constant elevator noise, washing machine and the street. The main reason we booked this place was for the quiet and peaceful statement which was the main problem of our stay

Humidity: February is not considered part of the rainy season in Vietnam. The rainy season typically starts in late April or early May and lasts until October. Besides that we've been in 2 different hotel after yours without any of this problems, maybe the problem lies elsewhere.

Understandable about the child, though nobody in holiday would like to be woken up to a screaming child

The rooms are nice, the location is great and the host is very welcoming and helpful. I would have loved to review them with more star but sadly my stay wasn't the best If you get assigned the room at the 4th floor on the left of the elevator be prepared for: WiFi not working most of the time while the one from other floors work perfectly Laundry room is on top of your room and you will be waken up at 7am by people activating the machines Every time someone use the elevator you will hear the noise of the elevator going up and down with a loud bump at the end of the run The room is very humid and after shower it will take a full day for the floor to dry up The child of the owner often go around shouting and you can hear him up to the 4th floor

We really appreciated the owner kindness that is why the 3 stars despite the multiple issues encountered, if you have higher tolerance for noise than me or you are a early morning person I guess you can stay here...

Linh and Han go above and beyond and you can tell they really care for their guests and their homestay.

The living space is bright and airy, it's large enough for a couple or small family to be very comfortable during their stay.

In the immediate area, you'll find the Dragon Bridge & Sơn Trà Night Market, a convience store right across the street that's open early and closes late, a pharmacy for any of your emergency medical needs, a local market, and a handful of restaurants and street vendors.

They provide a thorough, well put together guide to the area. It includes information about local restaurants, shopping centres, local markets, reputable currency exchange places, tours and much more.

Linh and Han are an amazing couple who run a great establishment. I would not hesitate to come back to Han Apartment, even just to meet Han...
