I've stayed here multiple times now and for months at a time (Note: My photos are of two different rooms from two different stays). The rooms are beautiful & modern. The staff is polite, proactive and friendly. The cleaning ladies are thorough, meticulous and a joy to greet everyday. The night security guard is alert and friendly. Wifi speed is fast (~140 Mbps) and reliable. The beds are not too firm, not too soft. I slept beautifully here! The air conditioner works quietly and keeps the room cool if you're staying during the hot months. Room cleanings & fresh towels happen more than once a week. The water pressure is fantastic. There is a full kitchen and a washing machine in every room (but no dryer, you'll have to air dry your clothes on the balcony with provided racks). The pool is kept very clean. There's ample free parking in the basement if you're renting a scooter.
The location is fantastic! There's a Winmart right downstairs so grabbing snacks, drinks or toiletries is super easy even in bad weather (rare), and they accept Apple Pay! There's TONS of good restaurants within walking distance with lots of local and Western options. One of Da Nang's best night markets is only 3 blocks away and is bustling every night. This location is a mix of quiet and vibrant—Its quiet during the day until about 7pm, and it's dead quiet after 10pm so you'll be able to sleep. However, between 7pm and 10pm, the neighborhood sometimes (3-4 times a week) turns into a block party with loud karaoke. I personally LOVED it because it feels like you're in the middle of vibrant Vietnamese culture and the singers are usually quite good! However, if you're looking for 24hr dead quiet, then this location may not suit your needs. All in all, this is one of my favorite hotels anywhere in the world. It's a lovely short term stay and a luxe and homey...
Read moreThe amenities are fantastic. You have the Winmart (no longer Vinmart) and the TnGo pedal bikes for rent directly in front of the convenience store. The view from the top and the sunsets are glorious. The staff was very prompt and fast to act. Clara is always available to help. The apt is very new as it’s built after the pandemic. The cleaning staff is very good with Anh and Ngoc.
Many small inconveniences during the course of my 1 month stay. The shower head was warped and water flow was diminished significantly but it was fixed the next day. Very strange that the previous tenant said nothing about it as it was obviously not working properly when I moved in.
The curtains brackets were not mounted correctly and fell, twice. All were handled promptly, thankfully.
Not sure how these reviews are saying a quiet street lol I lived on the street during the pandemic and it’s always been loud but I liked the location to the city centre and beach. There is always loud construction, karaoke, drums and for the past few years a deranged man yelling all day, every day. I spoke with my previous landlord and it’s been an issue with the disturbed man. You can hear everything even from the 8th floor.
One night a car alarm went on for hours and I had to convince the security guard of the building to find the owner. It was the neighbour that didn’t realize you needed to start the car to stop the alarm. I could go on and on but if you like quiet for one DO NOT come to Vietnam. I’ve traveled to Sa Pa and had karaoke in my ears in a small village at all hours. BUT this is a very lively street. You’ll need good ear protection. The internet isn’t that great. I’d argue it’s quite spotty. Best to find an Ethernet cable to connect directly if you want to do work online or use a repeater. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable stay but the location won’t be...
Read moreWe have stayed in HCMC, Hanoi and Danang, and HSuites is so far the best apartment we had! Clara was so nice and helpful, we miss her "xin chao" :)
Location: 10/10. Close enough to everything you may need (airport, seaside). Walking distance to Dragon Bridge and many restaurants. They offer parking for bikes
Rooms: at first we stayed at penthouse 2bedroom, it was great with a private terrace. Then we stayed in 506, 604, 205 rooms. Every room had a different planning but very similar design. All of them were comfortable, with a kitchen, a washing machine, a good mattress and dining & working tables. WiFi was very good for remote work
Pool: it's cleaned regularly, and overall is not big but offers a great view over the canal
Cleanliness: to me it's of utmost importance, and HSuites is the cleanest place we stayed at in Vietnam. The bedlinen was always clean, white natural cotton. Not a single hair in bed. Other places in Vietnam offered us used stained bedlinen, full of hairs, but it never happened in HSuites. They have a vacuum cleaner and they mop the floor quite often
The only issue can be the noise. It's a central location, so you can hear a banbao man, karaoke, drums, music & beats. We got used to it and would stay at HSuites again
Overall, this serviced apartment is strongly...
