After the nightmare from my first hotel, I was truly hoping this place would make up for it - & it certainly has! It's so cozy, comfortable, & relaxing. ||All the beautiful flowers & green foliage really add to the ambience.. .Nature heals.||I chose to stay here for seven nights & it was just what I needed. I loved my stay here so much that I may just come back to end my visit in Da Nang here!||Jane, of the front desk, really helped my stay be as comfortable as possible. She was very intuitive in my needs, & I felt like I gained a little sister, haha.||When I first arrived, there was a miscommunication through the booking site & hotel, but Jane was gracious in handling it & made sure I was happy. That's customer service!||I loved all the amenities this place offered. |It's the perfect place to pamper & relax yourself.|Plus, all the staff were very kind & helpful. ||I loved that they had a free tiny sauna to use, which came in handy when the pool got too cold. Careful when you pour the water on the hot rocks, though, it can give you a jolt - so pour from a higher distance.||The massage chairs were awesome! I really enjoyed using them, but there were mosquitoes flying around in that area due to it being on the pool deck, so sometimes that ruined the experience for me.||I enjoyed the breakfast spread & being able to choose a made-to-order Vietnamese dish. I really liked that, because it gave me a chance to try something new that I otherwise may never had tried outside of there. If that's not your style, they also offer other options, like eggs & meats. There's also toast, cereal, yogurt, salad, fresh fruit, & baked yummies. ||In addition, they offer fresh Vietnamese coffee in the morning, & I suggest you order that if you like strong coffee. Ooh wee!||I really adored my room. So clean & welcoming! I got one with an outside balcony & it felt like home. I wasn't feeling well, so I stayed in my room a lot, so having that balcony was nice to watch the sunrise, have my dinner on, or enjoy the outside air.||The room comes with a kitchen which had: an electric kettle, small fridge, pots/pans, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, & dish soap.||The bed was very comfortable, as well as the pillows. I slept very well! It helped that there were also blackout curtains, which I fully appreciate, as I'm a sensitive sleeper. ||Although this area is pretty quiet, the walls seem thin, so please be courteous of your neighbors. I bring earplugs with me everywhere I go, just in case.||Another favorite part of my stay here was the complimentary hot foot bath. It smelled absolutely amazing! It was a perfect way to prepare me for sleep & to relax before bed.||The bathroom was a fun adventure, lol. On the first day, I didn't realize that it was a rainfall shower, so I used the handheld shower head only. That didn't bother me, since I'm a tiny human. Also, there's a shower gel & shampoo dispenser on the wall.||However, when you shower, there's only a thin shower curtain that doesn't go all the way to the floor. So keep your foot towel at a distance so it doesn't get soaked. Unfortunately, it didn't seem like the water got hot enough, but that didn't bother me too much.||Lastly, the Wi-Fi here got frustrating at times. The one specifically for my room never connected to the internet, so I had to hop on another one, if I could find one. Even though I told staff, they just told me to find another one. But when you're staying inside for the day, & everyone was gone from their rooms, it was hard to find one to connect to.||Overall, this stay was just what the soul & body needed. I feel nourished from the inside out & will be leaving with a happy heart.||Thank you for the exceptional service & comfortable stay - I hope to be back...

I stayed there for 3 nights and they had exactly what I need.||||Room is not so big but for a boutique hotel, it was ok. The staffs are very friendly, they only have 2 ladies work as receptionist, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I didn't know their name so I can't mention but they do really good job.||||The swimming pool is next to the lobby with the massage machines which made me feel comfortable. I can take care of my daughter when she went swimming, and I can relax during that time. Not so much hotel can do that.||||They had ala-carte menu for breakfast change everyday, also have a small counter with some fruit juice, cakes and yogurt.||||A small kitchen in the room is good, but maybe should have an oven.||||Everyday from 6 to 8pm you can ask the receptionist for preparing the herbal foot bathing to your rooms. After a long day traveling, it will help you a lot.||||Will definitely come back for the...

(рус ниже) + nice room, although it is old, but everything is functioning well + variety of hygiene kit items + free water (although it is an apart hotel) + very friendly lady at reception. + we came one day later, due to health problems because of which we were stuck in other town in the hospital, and my booking had a nonrefundable cancellation. I thought that we wouldn’t come so contacted staff via facebook, and they generously offered me a 50% refund. Which was super great. Fortunately we came on the second day and refund wasn’t needed. + interesting design of the exterior of the hotel. + everything that was in the kitchen, was clean and functioned well. - The only minus for me was that room smelled of wetness or dampness, and room service lady probably cleaned the floor with some lemon chemical. So when it all mixed up, I couldn’t normally breathe. I think it is individual thing. But I think the problem occurred because ceiling is very low (2m-2.10), and there is something with AC system through which the damp air comes. ! keep in mind that pool is about 19 degrees. P.s. would be great to add a clothes dryer, because there is nowhere to hang wet clothes.

Came here for 4 days on a trip to Da Nang in November 2017. It was rainy season but there was much to do in the area and the hotel made it all possible. Nice comfy bed and hot hot hot showers! Some leaky faucets but the hospitality was amazing. No problems with cleanliness, just what you would expect in a wet environment. We rented motorbikes directly from the hotel (super cheap) and free bikes. Every night we came home we were offered a hot foot bath (between 7-8, or ask nicely). Breakfast was amazing and so was the pool for some wading at night and morning. The staff are wonderful. Very very accommodating! Area is underconstruction but inside the room you can't hear anything, 2 min to the beach!
