Wind Garden — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

In short: a place to visit after sunset for a cozy moment. Potential photo opportunities in daylight. Coffee and prices appears to be standard, but good for the overall atmosphere.

The main indoor area, with the counter, is opened up in the late afternoon. I went to work with laptop, and it was good enough - few visitors mid afternoon, sturdy tables.

Interior = many areas to choose a seat, comfy chairs and tables, concrete and flass walls in two sections. Extremely bad doors and signs of direction. Slightly messy interior, tables ok clean, rest of area dusty, not wiped.

Location = very calm/quiet area, no traffic, a good walk for a relaxing spot, near worth to visit.

Air / sound = soft background music, indoor seats to avoid smoking, no traffic exhaustion, some air conditioning.

Staff = attentive once they see you, speaks some English.

As workspace = it's alright, large enough tables, diff areas to sit. Might be without privacy if a lot of guests.

I'd give 5 stars if kept cleaner, doors were fixed, garden spaces cared for, and staff kept outside...

The garden is truly nice. It could’ve been a great place but it’s not. Just to order, you have to line up because they have only one counter. You wait behind some people who seem to care only about themselves. Taking over 5 minutes to order something! It’s crazy.

Ok, you order, receive your receipt along with a number and you find a suitable spot. We ordered 2 salted white coffees, a croissant and a chocolate bread. Waited 10 minutes and got only 1 coffee. We thought the next one was coming. Nope! After 25 minutes, we went to ask for the rest of our order and turns out that they simply forgot about it! The girl who took our order was the one who brought us only one coffee and it was obviously OK with her. 2 people sharing 1 coffee… On top of everything, they’re pricey and for what? I don’t get it.

Nah, there are many more wonderful cafes in Da Nang. Don’t waste your time and money...

As many have said the coconut coffee is very cool and delicious! I also liked the salted coffee. No food or snacks in case you were looking for that!

Very cool set up with the pond, lots of plants and lights, can be extremely peaceful and a great spot for journaling or getting some work done.

Unfortunately, this morning there were children screeching with no interference from the parents or staff. Loud enough so, I could still hear them after leaving the establishment. The kids were running around and playing as if they were at a park. I think many people enjoy this spot for its peacefulness, and there may not be yet any policy for loud noises / these situations.

Equally so, if there were adults yelling, it would very much disturb the atmosphere.

I’ve otherwise very much enjoyed this space and hope there’s a way to better keep the peaceful...
