As an outdoor experience, was ok. Food is expensive here compared to the general restaurant dining in the area.
Service was ok and staff whilst pushy from the street to the chair, were doing a reasonable job.
But here is a worthy note: We ordered a chardonnay ($40AUD) and they delivered it nicely. But the wine was OFF. I complained that it was off, so the manager came over to check. He then went a got his phone to show he had imported the wine on some paper receipt image...whats the point in doing that? That does not give the wine a sudden sense of credibility.
I said...i will pay for the wine...don't panic. And then i tipped it out into the ice bucket to show them...it was a bad bottle.
So you might expect some change in heart of the aggressive attempt to justify the wine and the cost after i said i would pay for it anyway...but still they needed to know it was off (like other bottles might be).
manager note please: a customer who complains about something...usually can be placated very quickly, but to defend yourself against something you clearly know little about...doesn't work. So now the post of this event is going to cringeworthy Facebook etc and social media..
DON'T order wine at this restaurant unless you are prepared to drink it and put up with any bad bottle. They don't care about you, the bottle or the other patrons. Its all...

Recently, I went to the beach town of Danang, Vietnam. This restaurant caught my eye because of how close it was to my hotel. It was only about a one minute walk away. It was my first time in Danang, so I decided to eat seafood and this is the perfect restaurant for me.
This restaurant is an indoor-outdoor restaurant and I think the design was very unique. It had a floating boat hanging on the ceiling, but it was kind of scary when the wind was really strong. This restaurant is suitable for visitors from anywhere around the world. When I walked in, they immediately greeted me in Chinese and also explained everything to me in a clear and simple way that I could understand. The restaurant was very clean and all the people were very nice.
Overall, I really liked the food, it is very fresh and the taste can suit anyone. We ordered squid, crab, and some vegetables. I especially like the crab served at this restaurant because it was very delicate. The only thing it could still work on is to add some spices.
At the end of the day, I give this restaurant a 4.5 star rating just because our crab seemed to shrink once it entered...
Read moreThe place is shinny and illuminated like a Christmas tree. Everything to catch customer's attention. But when inside, details show the truth: unprotected electrical plugs, fake green plants inside fallen pots and an army of waitresses not taking care of customers. And most of them do not wear any mask (maybe they are not aware of Covid)... This is a mess where waitresses are mixing up orders. If you come with toddler, you'd better go take the toddler chair by yourself. The waitresses don't know. Special care to broken dishes. Yes the hotpot covers have broken handler... and the screw in the soup!
The entry also feels rude and aggressive: you are pulled from the street by hucksters who are obviously not caring, not letting you speak to ensure you'll enter the place. The food is expensive and is not outstanding. All the neighbors are cooking the same dishes. Note that if I had time to write this long text is because we wait a long long long time to be served (even the rice is not coming!) In a nutshell, that's a trap...
