The Coffee Experience: Owner Nam is an artisan, a perfectionist and a performer, but all with a purpose. His attention to detail is unsurpassed in my years of passionate search for the ultimate coffee and I was not disappointed by the hype accorded his establishment. Never have I experienced so many different flavor profiles from the same extraction of one pot of coffee. We experimented with hot, but at a specific temperature, then ice cold, but at a specific temperature again, watered down with meticulously prepared ice, ice cold water with a teaspoonful of brewed coffee added, and so on, stretching one individual pot of coffee out over two hours and teaching along the way. I had an Ethiopian washed Gesha and was not disappointed at any step of the way. I've tried many speciality coffee shops in Da Nang, and so far, o2o roastery is the stand out. Nam (the owner) is both extremely well experienced in the art of making a great coffee and amazingly friendly in service alike.

By the way that he talks about coffee and how he interacts with his customers, it's clear that he is very passionate, always taking the time to explain the offerings and talk you through the process of making each cup.

I've tried an extensive amount of the beans on offer here, and each time, the coffee has been incredible with the quality of the brew being consistently perfect every time.
