QaMi Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The room was dirty, bathroom was smelling bad, breakfast was cold, but still - it was not big issue at all. The problem started with check out - price for the room was 200k, and that’s what we were ready to pay. At the counter the lady asked us if we ate the noodles from the room, we said yes, and she charged us 40k more. It didn’t matter that nobody said us anything (we were okay to pay this money, but someone should warn us, as we thought that if something is provided in the room is for free, more that there was no price tag), she was extremely rude and said that it’s not her problem. We wanted to rent motorbike - She wanted to keep both our passports for “security reasons” and it didn’t matter that we wanted to rent just one. Overall - it was my first bad experience in Vietnam, so if you want to have great holidays in this beautiful country avoid this...

We booked this hotel for 1 night and thank God it was just that. We discovered the horrible bed bugs at 11pm that night and figured there was no point in asking for a room change as most of the rooms were probably infested with bugs and the staff didn't speak English...im sure they were well aware about the bed bugs anyways. We sprayed bug spray around the sides of the beds to get at least some comfort but this did not stop them. Would certainly not consider this place to be 3 star and no where near it. Shouting woke us up early the next morning, seemed like it was right outside our door. Breakfast was couscous, fried egg, 2 slices of watermelon and a bit of cucumber. The fridge in the room seemed like it hadn't been used in a while and the kettle was smelly and looked a bit mouldy. The only good thing about our stay was a nice hot shower and...

Pros: near the beach and within distance of lots of good bars and restaurants. Cheap price compared to everyone else with room cleaning a free bottles of water.||Cons: hot water only seemed to work at night, the lift in the hallway is very noisy. Housekeeping had music playig out loud at 6am mopping the floors outside the room. Construction was happening when i was there and there was drilling at 7am!! Breakfast is just noodles or stale bread that will break your teeth. Also coffee is extra? The bedroom doors dont shut quietly so you can hear everyone on the fooor when they go in or out. Just a noisy place in general. Last but not least the worst part...the bed! Has no spring to it at all. May as well remove the mattress and just sleep on the wood. I have stayed in $1 hostels with...
