Myfriends and I booked a room for 4 people, when we arrived hotel at 3p.m, the receptionist said we had to wait because the guests were late check out, she said that we were too late. We talked gently with the receptionist and said that when checking out we had to compensate us for extra hours, because of the error the hotel's, not ours.
