Really flavorful and the owner (who is Italian himself) told me that the pistachios are imported from a region in Italy to create that special pistachio flavor! This place is ridiculously good and is so unexpected here in Hanoi. I’ve never had gelato this delicious, anywhere. I’ve been here 3 times and it never disappoints. They also have pastries which I haven’t had yet because it’s impossible for me to choose them over the gelato. The pastries look amazing, probably better than any I’ve seen in Hanoi.
