I stayed there on my way out of Hanoi before taking a flight early the next morning. The hotel is located in a busy touristic area in Hanoi, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were nice and offered some fruits and tea on check in. Generally good value for the money. The room was OK in size, reasonably clean, with standard amenities that you can find at a 3 star hotel in Vietnam. My main issue with this hotel was noise at night. It is located right next to a popular club frequented by young crowds, mostly in their 20's. I could hear the base beat of the music in my room throughout the night until 4am or later. If you cannot sleep with this kind of sound, then it is not the hotel for you. If you like to party or do not mind the party noise, and are looking for reasonable cost (my room was less than $30 a night without breakfast), then this may work...

First off, the noise from the neighboring clubs are absolutely unmanageable. Our room was on the third floor. We tried earplugs + noise cancelling headphones and still couldn't sleep because the floor and the bed were shaking.
Secondly, the rooms are not clean. There is plenty of mold in the bathroom and some very dubious stains on the headrest of the bed.
The only somewhat redeeming quality is the staff, the person managing the desk was friendly, and helped us cancel our booking at 4am in the morning (which is when we checked out after trying to sleep for a few hours and giving up).
Would avoid this at all costs unless you're a super budget conscious traveler that can sleep in any...
Read moreI didn’t stay at this hotel, but I went inside to wait in the lobby for a friend who was staying there. I simply sat down on the sofa when a staff member approached me, asking what I was doing. I explained that I was waiting for my friend to come down. When they asked for the room number, I honestly didn’t know, so I said as much. Then they demanded, in a very loud and rude tone, to know my friend’s name. I was taken aback by their aggressive tone, so I asked why it mattered since I was just waiting briefly. The staff member shouted, “Because this is my hotel!”
I decided it was best to leave and wait outside. I wasn’t causing any disruption, just sitting quietly. I understand that people have bad days, but this is not how customer service...
