The food was really yummy, nice place and general good service. As we asked for our bill however the waitress requested a good review (as is quite normal), but stood over us and refused to give us our bill until she had watched, and taken a photos over our shoulders of the reviews. She told me i had to give 5 stars, and then insisted i include a photo. This was before the plates were cleared from infront of us. While she was collecting our bill she also was standing on her phone reading the reviews we had just submitted and were taking screenshots. It made me and the person i was dining with very uncomfortable and ruined what was otherwise a very nice experience.

I don’t think it’s the waitress’s fault, it’s probably management pushing to ensure good reviews but it’s a heaps unpleasant experience for diners and genuinely ruined what would have been a 5 star...

Seems a case of over popularity and under delivering

It no longer seems able to deliver on it's past reputation

My first visit was disappointing

I ordered crispy pork and a dish of garlic spinach

The spinach and rice arrived quickly but no sign of the pork

I was so hungry I started eating the rice and vegetables but my intention was to eat both together

Eventually someone told me that they were so busy i would have to wait 15 minutes for my pork

They should have advised this when they brought the first dish and I would have said bring all at same time. Instead I had tepid rice and vegetables which were quite bland and not seasoned

The pork was ok but no better than what I have eaten in Thailand much cheaper

The basil and vegetable with the pork were both tired and wilted ..not fresh

Overall certainly not what I had been lead to expect by...

I had the most wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend trying their pork-rolled combo with fresh vegetables - it's a true masterpiece! The ambiance is also fantastic, with beautiful decor and cozy seating. Can't wait to come to visit again. Best Vietnamese restaurants.

Good food and vegetarian options. “Cha Ca” is very good.The menu offers a great variety of dishes to choose from, all prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need. The portions are generous too - you definitely won't leave hungry! I'm so glad I found this gem and will definitely be back soon. Best Traditional...
