Napoli Hostel — Hotel in Hải Phòng

It was one of the best hostels in CatBa. I had a relief when I arrived here after bad experience in another hostel. This hostel is amazing. Firstly, they have tea and snacks 24/7 and small things always make us happy! They have pool table that you can play whole day. |The stuff is wonderful here. |Gem is amazing young and beautiful lady who takes care of all of her customers. It’s more like a Homestay than hostel. The rooms were cleaned everyday and they even ask you if your bed is needed to be cleaned. I felt like I was staying in the hotel. Honestly! Had a really nice stay at Napoli Hostel in a double room (301). We booked for three nights online but we were so comfortable here we arranged with Gem, who runs the hostel, to stay another four nights. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked well and the hot water was fine. We used the laundry service for 40,000VND per kilo and it all came back nice with no overly perfumed smell. The included breakfast options were good. The banana pancakes were my favourite. There are plenty of good restaurants on this road, they also arrange tours and rent motorbikes so this is a great place to base yourself. One of the most amazing hostels I've stayed anywhere in the world and definitely my favourite in Vietnam so far. The location is ideal and the owner Gem is so friendly and helpful, always going to extra effort to sort anything you need for your stay, including scooters, boat cruises, tours of tourist sites, laundry etc. The rooms are very new, with bed sheets and everything else spotless clean, plus the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The pool table in the communal area also makes it great for meeting people. Amazing value, especially with the good breakfast included. Staying here made my Cat Ba experience the best possible.
