Green Grass Land Villa — Hotel in Hội An

WRONG LOCATION; Go to Hoi An Corn Riverside Villa which is the proper address

After being misguided and going to the wrong location we finally ended up at the right place and upon checking in we were sat down to discuss the hotel services and local activities that the host offers. These activities are supposedly cheaper than other but we found that to be a lie but the lady was very friendly regardless and not pushy which was nice

Our room was nice besides the fact that one of our pillows literally had mold on it so be sure to lookout for this! The shower was also a little defective and would hit the ceiling and drip down on us but besides this the place is really nice offering free breakfast and at a pretty nice quiet location along the water and not too far away from Old Town which is a walkable distance

Prices found elsewhere: We paid 150k total for two people to go on a lantern boat for 20 minutes and for 2 candles per person so a total of 4. We found that the prices are hard to get below 150k but the number of lanterns you can definitely negotiate higher but 150k for two people on a nice boat is solid

I had a lovely stay here! The deluxe room is great with a huge, comfortable bed, a super clean private bathroom and AC which is very much needed from time to time. Breakfast is included, the banana pancakes with coffee and fruit are such a treat! The owner is super nice and really helpful with everything, she takes care of you but you can have your privacy. She even helped to book a trip to My Son. Laundry service is also available for a reasonable price. The location is a bit far from the ancient town city center, but very peaceful (near the rice fields), however bicycles and motorbikes are free to rent to get into the city or to the beach, with those it doesn't take long. I loved this place. The bed was so comfy and huge. Bathroom super clean. Moon is a lovely person that tries to help you with everything she can. She asked us where we wanted to go after Hoi An and she booked the train and the car for us and printed the tickets. Breakfast was tasty and filling, the banana pancake was really nice. Good location, even being in the middle of the city you don’t heard any noise from the street. She let us have a shower in our last day before taking the bus without any charge and we could use the pedal bikes for free to go to the beach or just to go around the city.
