I could literally cry for joy. I have celiac disease and have been searching for gluten free bread thru my 6 weeks in SE Asia. I haven't had the taste or feel of a grain other than rice in my poor little mouth and tum for almost two months and upon the first bite of Good Eats GF buckwheat bread I almost wept. Moist, warm, bread-like haha - excellent. I personally loved the flavor (perfect middle ground level of fresh buckwheat flavor) and texture (dense, moist). Also their salt coffee was one of the best I've had so far (topping was super thick and had a great cream cheese flavor), and they subbed granola (apparently with wheat in it) out for nuts for me in their pistachio smoothie bowl and it was excellent. Exact thickness and texture and fruit balance I personally look for in a smoothie bowl (thick, frozen but not icy, not too much banana as filler). THANK YOU GOOD EATS!! Oh and vibe/ambiance/music/aesthetic is 👌🏽🙃

One note for celiacs - I am sensitive to some cross contamination (mild symptoms in random cases) but thankfully don't seem insanely sensitive (ie I have had fruit cut on a cutting board that bread was cut on and was seemingly miraculously okay), but I know some are. If someone has extreme sensitivity to cross contamination it might be worth asking if the staff know about keeping things separate since they do also bake and serve...

I and my family came here on our holiday. The restaurant was nicely decorated, the food and coffee were very good. I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back if I have a chance. However, the service was not really good. We were served by 2 waitresses, the first one was nice and caring, but the second one was not really thoughtful. She spilled the whole cup of water on the table and my husband's shoe when finishing cleaning up the table (I am okay with this, everyone makes mistakes), she said "I'm sorry" once and went away, then she came back with a piece of cloth, put it on the table and left without saying anything. She didn't help cleaning the table, which, of course, was totally her duty. My husband had to clean the table himself (Indeed if she asked for help we would definitely do that happily) . I don't understand why she acted like that and I did feel confused and...

My go-to place for breakfast, lunch, coffee, work, celebrations, dinner, reading and cake. Cannot recommend it enough!!🌸

I'm constantly impressed by the quality of food and honestly don't understand how they succeed with every single thing every single time. The menu is great, changes with the seasons, and has something for everyone without being widespread.

The vietnamese owners and all the staff are as great as the food! Attentive, lovely and fun! You can tell that they enjoy working there which makes for a great atmosphere☺️

Go to Good Eats for guaranteed high-quality ingredients, amazing people and service, beautiful, clean, inspiring and comfortable setting, and the knowledge that you are supporting a GOOD and healthy business🙌🏽

Recommend everything but especially oatmilk cappuccino, salt coffee, nori rolls, Buddha bowl, apple crumble cake, udon noodles, baked...

Good Eats is a vegetarian/ plant based restaurant that I visit multiple times during my stay in Hôi An. There is always a place to sit, so no reservation is needed. The food is really amazing (super fresh and very tasty), and so are the drinks. They are also really thoughtful when you are allergic to something, which is really nice! There is also really good wifi available. Overall, the staff is friendly. Sometimes, I feel like they can provide a little bit more service, for example, by asking how the food was and by visiting the table more often, to ask if you want another drink or even some more food. Now you need to go to the bar most of the time if you want something. My other point of attention is the falafel. Taste is good, but they are so, so dry. Apart from these 2 (little) things, I would still definitely recommend this place! Good food with a nice atmosphere!
