Nhà Hàng Cơm Niêu Phố Hội — Restaurant in Hội An

The food is so ordinary if I don’t want to say it bad. We ordered 4 dishes: fried tofu with tomato sauce but it looks like they deep it in a lot of ketchup, instead of fresh tomato; bò lúc lắc is so so, the sauce is combined of ketchup and chili sauce; omelet with meat and sweet sour squid are ok.

The place is hideable from the heat, but that’s all I think. Some of bowls are still sticked by food. Table is a bit oily.

The plus of this restaurant is the male staff who took my order is very friendly and polite. On the contrary, the guy at the door has very bad attitude. The door is so heavy, we couldn’t open by ourselves though we did try to slide very hard. Then he approached with a mean look and bad attitude to open the door. Ok...

We ordered pho which was on a different English menu and not on the Vietnamese menu (pho was not even on the Viet Menu). We were served instant pho for $75K per bowl. It was honestly the worst meal I’ve had in Vietnam. We didn’t have time to try the other food but based on the fact that they served us instant pho at restaurant pricing we were all disappointed. Why would pho be on the menu if it’s not something that they make in house? If I wanted instant pho I would’ve bought it at a minimart or convenient store for a fraction...
