Jackfruit Homestay — Hotel in Hội An

We stayed 5 nights. The room is big, the bathroom is really nice ( big bath, rain shower). It's on a quiet lane about 15-20 mins walk from the start of the old town. The market is about another 10 mins, so a fair way. You can take bikes for free. Not much else to say really, a decent place to stay, not outstanding. Hoi An is lovely. We're saying a few months in Hoi An and in Vietnam and collecting information for our website, World Travel Family. Find lots on Hoi An and Vietnam there. We saw very little of the people who's house this is ( it is their home) and there were no other guests, just quiet, we went into the market or to restaurants to eat every day ( by bike) and to Mia for coffee ( it is fairly close) . One of the cheapest, most highly recommended places to eat is just steps away, they serve basic noodles and good pizza, for authentic, delicious Vietnamese food use the street stalls. We have rented our own house in Hoi An for a much lower price. Room is very clean, bedding is nice, beds are comfortable, air con works but it's crazy hot out there! ...

We stayed at Jackfruit Homestay for 2 nights and wish it could have been for longer. Family are friendly, so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in Vietnam and coffee was very good too. Great location, on a quiet little lane but easy enough to walk into busier area with restaurants and shops. Hired bikes and explored which was a great way to see Hoi An. Advice given to us on where to eat was spot on (Bale Well). Good spot to run from too as easy to get to the river and follow that to the old town. Room was big, spacious and clean. Laundry done in one day and shuttle sorted for us to get to Danang Airport. We had a very good time in Hoi An and one of the main reasons was this wonderful homestay. It's a little away form the noisy center, but it's quiet and perfect for a digital nomad couple. The owner of the hose is so nice and she give her best to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. The breakfast she made every morning is so delicious !
