Lala and Xing, thanks for the best two and a half months we could have wished for in our first visit to Vietnam. And for all of you guys considering a long-stay visit to Hoi An, look no further! This location is perfect for those who seek a quiet place, in the rice field area. You will need a bike or a bicycle to reach the old town (about 3.5km) but the owner provides bicycles for the guests and you can use them freely to go around the rice fields, the beach, or to town. The local market is just a 5-minute walk so you can easily stock up on groceries. There are a few nice restaurants and coffee places in walking distance for the days you feel too lazy to cook :)

The property has two units with a 1-bedroom and a kitchen, two units fit for families with a 3-bedroom and a kitchen, and one unit with a 1-bedroom and living room (no kitchen). We stayed in the unit with the 1-bedroom and the kitchen facing the everchanging rice field. The property has a lovely garden and a large pool that has been kept clean and serviced regularly by the friendly Vu. When we had any maintenance issues, we contacted the owners and Vu came in a matter of minutes to help us. The units themself are aesthetically beautiful and tastefully decorated, and the lovely Ms. Thơ comes and cleans the units once or twice a week. The cleanliness and attention to detail are to the highest standards.

What really makes this place the best choice is the owners, Lala and Xing. You can see they put their heart into the place and provided every little thing you will ever need for your stay. The kitchen is equipped like a home, not a guesthouse. The room is fully furnished with a large and comfy bed. We had all the necessities and more, even small things like a kitchen apron, bed lamps and drawers, or organic shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. They treated us generously and took care of our needs as members of their family. When an unexpected rain started, Xing knocked on the door with an umbrella. When we mentioned a local fruit that we liked to eat, they brought it for us as soon as its season started. We felt very lucky to have such good people as our landlords and to meet such wonderful friends. We will definitely come...

Laluka is an absolute gem tucked away from busy major streets and nestled amidst the beauty of Cam Cháu's lush rice fields. From the moment my wife and I stepped foot into this tastefully stylish villa, we knew we were in for an extraordinary experience. The villa's six units are all beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed. There are three unique 2-storey 3-bedroom units and we really loved our stay in one of the three third floor 1-bedroom units. The attention to detail, from the stylish decor and comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen and air conditioning, it all exceeded our expectations.

What truly sets Laluka apart is the owners' commitment to sustainability. Their ecologically minded approach is evident in every aspect of the villa, from the clever incorporation of reused building materials to the provision of natural cleaners and low-chemical treatments for the swimming pool. It's refreshing to see such dedication to environmental responsibility without sacrificing style or comfort.The thoughtful touches didn't end there. Housekeeping twice a week ensured that our sanctuary remained pristine, while the shared laundry facility added convenience to our stay. And the complimentary bicycles made exploring the surrounding area a joy, especially when visiting their sister business, Roving Chillhouse, where we indulged in delicious food and drinks amidst equally stunning views (& a generous standing discount). But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the owners, a lovely husband and wife team who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine care and attention to detail made us feel like cherished guests from the moment we arrived.

הגענו אחרי תקופה ארוכה של טיול לשהייה של חודש וחצי. ללה בעלת הדירה ובעלה שינג קיבלו את פנינו בחיוך וברוחב לב. הדירה נפלאה, יש בה מטבח גדול וכלי אוכל, תנור, כיריים ומאוורר. ישנה פינת אוכל נהדרת. החדרים גדולים מאוד ולכל חדר יש שירותים ומקלחת מרווחים. המיטות נהדרות ונוחות, המזגנים מצויינים. הבריכה בחוץ נקייה, מתוחקזת ונעימה. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש שיכול לשמש את האורחים, נוסף על נקיון אחת לשבוע שקיבלנו. יש במקום אופניים לכל המשפחה בחינם שאפשר להתנייד איתם. המיקום מבחינתנו מצויין, מרחב כפרי בין שדות האורז שנמצא בין העיר העתיקה לחוף הים, מרחק של 7-8 דקות לכל צד באופנוע, שמבחינתנו היה מושלם. לשינג יש מסעדה מעולה עם מגוון רחב, קרוב מאוד לבית.

ללה ושינג הם מארחים נהדרים, נקשרנו אליהם באופן אישי. הם דאגו לנו לכל דבר ופינקו אותנו מפרחים ומנגו שהגענו לדירה, דרך פינוקים ודאגות לכל צרכינו.

ללא ספק אנשים מדהימים ורגישים. תודה רבה על האירוח, אני ממליץ על המקום הקסום הזה לתקופה קצרה וארוכה. תודה לכם.

We arrived after a long period of travel for a month and a half stay. Lala the owner of the apartment and her husband Xing welcomed us with a smile and a big heart. The apartment is wonderful, it has a large kitchen and dishes, an oven, a stove and a fan. There is a great dining area. The rooms are very large and each room has a spacious toilet and shower. The beds are great and comfortable, the air conditioners are excellent. The outdoor pool is clean, well-maintained and pleasant. There is a washing machine and dryer that can be used by the guests, in addition to cleaning once a week that we received. There are free bikes for the whole family to get around with. The location for us is excellent, a rural space between the rice fields located between the old city and the beach, a distance of 7-8 minutes each way by motorcycle, which for us was perfect. Xing has an excellent restaurant with a wide variety, very close to the house. Lala and Xing are great hosts, we connected with them personally. They took care of everything for us and spoiled us with flowers and mangoes that arrived at the apartment, through treats and taking care of all our needs. Undoubtedly amazing and sensitive people.
