Little Nap Hoian — Hotel in Hội An

Hien and Vu's place is simply adorable. The design is wonderful and they have done a fantastic job at keeping it traditional yet clean. We loved the cozy feel of the house and it felt like we were living locally in Hoi An. It's easy to get to the city centre by motorbike rental (5 minutes), bicycle (5-7 minutes), or on foot (10-15 minutes). It also feels like a safe residential area too.

The only thing I would say is that you can hear your friend's movements in the house since the walls are so thin. If you come in a big group, I think it would be difficult to sleep or have some privacy. Since it was only two of us, we had no problems at all. I'd recommend this place for a group of 4 maximum.

Vu was incredibly attentive and so helpful. He arranged airport pick-up for us early in the morning and he brought us some pomelo fruit for a snack too. Vu and Hien are very kind people and I think their home is such a treat in Hoi An. Consider it if you are a group...

I was recommended this place by my cousin who lives in Vietnam. The homestay is a short walk from Hoi An bus station, and about 800 to Hoi An Old City. It was not too loud even though my room face the street. The room has AC, a small fridge, TV, fan, private bathroom. I was alone but the owner put in the double room for VND300,000, which was not too bad. The owner also lend out bicycle to explore Hoi An for free. The hotel owner and staff was friendly and helpful. Nice little cozy place for our family of 5. Our host Vhu is a hands on handyman that did all the interior , plumbing , electrical , pond, etc. Everything was tastefully done and although the location is a slight walk to the old town , the area is quiet and serene for a peaceful rest .
