EMERALD APARTMENTS — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

The location is very good. You can find a lot of good cafe shops and restaurants nearby and parks. The "Cons" i booked my place here for a month and regret it so much as I wasn't able to love in peace and was under surveillance 24/7 I felt like this women managing this place barely sleeps, stressing, lack of ethical values and manners. She gossips and backlasjong her costumers to me and her neighbors. I had some very bad experiences with her, multiple ones. But once I paid for the monthly stay I knew there wouldn't be any refund for the rest of the stay to relocate somewhere else. She even shares with me the cctv of her costumers and bachlashing them to me, like I'm interested to involve myself with such. She's a bad influence and I felt i got a trauma from her. Excellent location. Very central, in District 3 but very close to 1 and 10. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafés around, yet the building itself is tucked back off the main street and so surprisingly quiet. Washing machine on every floor (3 or 4 apartments sharing). Basic kitchen equipment with microwave, kettle and (induction) hotplates. The rooms themselves are a decent size with sitting area and small kitchen area plus dining table, though all have a different layout, All have windows and small balconies but some get more natural light than others.
