Beef Steak 100g — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Đồ ra nhanh nha, tầm 5p là ra rồi, sẽ ra luôn 1 lần nha, trừ khi gọi quá nhiều Mình ăn phần 150g giá 58k gì đấy, mình thấy giá rất rẻ luôn ấy, thịt không bị dai hay sống quá. Ngoài bò còn sẽ có 1 ít khoai tây, và salad dâu tằm. Cá nhân mình ăn ở đây đủ các sốt thì tiêu đen vẫn oke nhất. Phomai sẽ k bị chua hay có vị phomai quá nhiều đâu, mình thấy gần như k có vị phomai luôn. Sốt dâu tầm k có vị dâu tằm lắm :") nó như kiểu ngọt ngọt mứt mứt ấy, hơi bất ngờ vì mình tưởng sẽ chua. Mì ý thịt nguội sốt kem thì mình thấy 1 phần tầm 30 35k khá ít so vs 2 người nhưng ăn phụ như mình thì thấy rất ổn với lượng đó, giá rẻ mà nhiều thịt nha, không quá béo. Đây là quán có beefsteak ngon nhất mà mình từng đến.

Mình đã gọi một phần salad cá ngừ và một phần steak 150g. Salad không được đặc sắc mấy, chỉ bao gồm rau xà lách và cá ngừ. May thay, món được dùng chung với nước sốt dâu đặc trưng của quán, giúp làm tăng hương vị của món.

Về món chính, phần steak được nấu theo yêu cầu của khách, với mình là medium-rare, và dùng chung với khoai tây chiên và phần xà lách nhỏ. Thật sự thì mình không phải là người thích khoai tây chiên cho lắm do phần lớn các quán khác lại chiên còn quá nhiều dầu mỡ hay khoai tây lại còn quá mềm. Ở tại quán này, không những khoai tây vừa giòn mà còn thơm nhẹ mùi của bơ lạc, mỗi lần cắn như mỗi phát pháo nổ trong miệng vậy. Còn phần thịt thì mình chỉ có diễn tả với hai chữ: tuyệt vời. Phần thịt vừa mềm vừa dai như mình đã mong đợi. Rưới bên trên là phần sauce BBQ thơm lừng giúp tô điểm thêm cho hương vị miếng thịt.

Với hai phần trên thì tổng giá chưa đến 100k, một con số thấp cho hai phần ăn thế này. Chắc chắn mình đến để trải nghiệm các món khác khi có dịp.

This is the best beefsteak restaurant that I have ever visited.

I ordered a tuna salad and a 150g steak. The salad was not very special, just lettuce and tuna. Luckily, the dish was served with the restaurant's signature berry sauce, which enhanced the flavor.

For the main course, the steak was cooked according to my preference, which is medium-rare, and served with french fries and a small salad. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of french fries because most places drench them in too much grease or they end up being too soft. But at this restaurant, not only were the fries crispy, but they also had a subtle taste of butter, making each bite explode in my mouth. As for the meat, I can only describe it as excellent. The meat was tender and juicy, just as I had hoped. On top of that, the BBQ sauce added a fragrant touch to the taste of the meat.

For these two dishes, the total price was less than 100k (less than 5$), which is quite affordable for such a meal. I will definitely come back to try other dishes when I...

This is my favorite restaurant in District 3, whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can park your bike for 5k VND at the vet clinic nearby, and the parking attendant is super friendly. I've eaten at their branches in District 3, Tan Phu, and Go Vap, and I find the prices aren't too different and the flavors are pretty much the same. I highly recommend trying the mulberry oil salad 😭, it's absolutely delicious! The mulberry sauce isn't quite as good with steak, but it's decent. The BBQ and black pepper sauces are the best though. I've tried their lamb, crocodile, and ostrich, and they're all good. They don't taste vastly different from each other; they're pretty similar to beef or chicken. For students, you should try the 35k VND rice dishes (the price went up, but the portion size also increased) or the beef and vegetable spaghetti. It's incredibly tasty!

Quán ruột của mình ở q3 dù là ăn sáng trưa haychiều. Giữ xe 5k ở chỗ tiệm thú y gần đó, nv giữ xe cũng thân thiện. Mình ăn ở chi nhánh q3, tân phú hay gò vấp thấy giá cũng k xênh nhìu và hương vị cũng same nhau. Recommend nên thử salad dầu tằm😭, qá là ngon í. Sốt dâu tằm ăn cũng beefsteak thì k bằng nhưng cũng ổn. Ngon nhất là sốt BBQ, Tiêu đen Mình ăn thử thịt cừu, cá sấu hay đà điểu điều ngon hết. Kiểu k khác nhau nhìu đâu, cũng giống vị thịt bò hay gà thui Hssv thì nên ăn phần cơm các món 35k(lên giá r nhưng khẩu phần ăn cũng nhìu hơn) hoặc nên thử mì ý bò rau...
