A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service. Will Definitely Return!
I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip to Ho Chi Minh City with my partner for our anniversary.
The hotel was clean, and the daily room service was quick, I'd come back to a freshly tidied room, which I really appreciated.
Though I didn't pack gym attire, the hotel's gym had a great range of dumbbells and was fairly well equipped for a small hotel.
There’s also a yoga room that looks underutilized, so if you practice yoga or need a space to stretch or dance, do take advantage.
One rare and standout offering that they have is free laundry. There were four washers and two dryers available, all free to use. I didn’t personally use it, but I saw other guests making use of it.
Where this hotel truly shines, and why I’ll be returning on future trips, is their customer service. They are very responsive via WhatsApp. A few days before check-in, they messaged me to ask about my arrival time and let me know they were available if I needed anything.
During my trip, I wanted to surprise my partner with a flower delivery but found it hard to coordinate since we were together 24/7. I reached out to them via WhatsApp, and to my surprise, they didn’t just agree to help, they went above and beyond. Linda, who was assisting me, offered to receive the bouquet on my behalf, unbox it, and even place it in the room for the surprise. I was blown away by that level of thoughtfulness and initiative. Thanks to her, the surprise was a total success, and it really made our anniversary special because buying flowers in a city that you are not familiar from is kind of a hit or miss at times.
To management: Please recognize Linda for her exceptional service. It’s rare to find staff who go that extra mile without being asked, her help meant a lot to me. Seems that looking through other reviews from other guests I'm not the only one that's very satisfied with Linda's exceptional service!
Not a negative thing but I think that the cyan-themed decor is a bit bold. Maybe consider a more muted or modern palette in future renovations but that’s purely aesthetic and didn’t affect my stay at all.
Overall, this hotel is clean, convenient, and incredibly welcoming. A big thank you to the team and especially Linda for making this trip...

I had a pleasant stay overall, with several highlights and a few drawbacks worth noting.
Pros: • Friendly Service: The staff were consistently welcoming and accommodating. • Great Location: The hotel is conveniently situated, offering a nice neighborhood vibe while still being close to the city center. • Clean and Modern: Everything felt very clean and new, which added to the comfort of the stay. • Fantastic Shower: The shower was a standout feature with excellent water pressure and a thoughtfully designed layout.
Cons: • Traffic Noise: While the rooms are relatively well-insulated, some noise from the nearby traffic could still be heard. • Limited Room Amenities: The standard room lacked a desk or dedicated work area, which could be inconvenient for business travelers. While the reception area had plugs available for work, it wasn’t private enough for Zoom calls. • Yoga Room Issues: The yoga room was frequently out of service, though the gym provided an alternative space for stretching. • Air Conditioning: The inbuilt air conditioning system was a disappointment. Even at the coolest temperature and maximum fan speed, it felt too warm for sleeping, maintaining a temperature of around 24-25°C instead of the set 16°C. This might be fine for most guests, but I found it uncomfortable. • Air Quality: Given Ho Chi Minh City’s high levels of pollution, the rooms would significantly benefit from the addition of a HEPA filter to improve indoor air quality and enhance guest comfort.
Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, especially in terms of cleanliness, location, and service, but there are some areas for improvement, particularly with room functionality, air conditioning, and...
Read moreI rarely write negative reviews, and most of my trip in Vietnam has been wonderful — but I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
All of the deluxe rooms have sealed windows that cannot be opened, meaning there is no ventilation. The hotel is right next to a busy road, and the soundproofing is so poor that even someone like me, who usually isn’t sensitive to noise, was woken up every single morning. Don’t assume you’ll get lucky.
For a large hotel chain in Ho Chi Minh City, I really don’t understand why hot water consistently runs out at night. During my three-night stay, I had to rush through quick showers with lukewarm water. This is not a new problem — older reviews mentioned the same thing, but I ignored them, assuming it was temporary. Big mistake. After several nights of these poor showers, I even came down with a fever, which made my stay (and my long overnight flight) much worse.
On my last night, I asked about the cost for a late check-out (just 6 extra hours, not overnight). At 10:30pm I was told it would be 825,000 VND. The next day at noon, when I confirmed, the price suddenly increased to 875,000 VND. Their explain: “real-time pricing.” Honestly, do they not even set the rate for the next day until noon?
Because I wasn’t feeling well and had a long flight ahead, I didn’t want to argue further and just paid. But please — especially Chinese travelers who may have seen glowing posts on Rednote, don’t waste your money here. I paid over 400 RMB per night, and there are plenty of much better options in the same area. This hotel clearly has no intention of fixing these basic issues, probably because too many tourists keep booking...
