In December 2nd I was ready to depart this hotel to my next destination, there only 4 of us in the hotel lobby at that time and I had to use the rest room in the lobby which was right across for the reception counter 10 feet max, I went to the bathroom and removed my money pouch and placed it on the sink, my brother called to me that the taxi was waiting and I walked out of the bathroom leaving my money pouch behind, the front desk girl calls me 2 minutes from when we drove away telljj I NH us that my money pouch was left behind, we immediately returned I grabbed my pouch and gave her a $59 tip, as we drove away I opened my pouch and counted the money finding out that the receptionist stole $500.00 from the pouch, I immediately returned and confronted her and her boss where she denied taking anything, we looked agente video from the front desk but unfortunately if only showed her coming out of the bathroom and placing the call to us, how am I certified this was her that stole my money? Besides my brother two friend's and me she was the only one there, she knew exactly who’s money pouch it was because of the passport in it which meant she had to open it to see, I feel very bad because for the past 10 years I have been a dedicated customer of that hotel to find out that the staff there are a bunch of crooks, the taxi driver said to us that this is common with this hotel but because I’ve always been cautious For the exception of this mistake I never knew about it’s history, most upsetting is that the owner knowing who I am and how long I’ve been a customer just looked at me and said “you got to keep track of the money you spend “ as if I’m a child and don’t know how to keep track of money, I mean 29 dollars maybe even 50 dollars I could make a mistake, but $500? Anyways may every penny she spent of that money give her double of bad lock in...
