So at the beginning everything was very good, they prepared a cake and bed with flowers upon my request ( for 20$) and that made us overlook anything wrong in the room. ( Worn out room and extremely poor breakfast, served in the kitchen!!)
At the check out the maid came with the bed sheet with a stain on it and everything changed.
They talked to us in a very bad manner and when we told them the stain was from the petals of the flower and it could happen since the petals were originally put on the bed by them! they told us to wait and they started an act:
The maid just rinsed the sheet and came back saying that it will not be removed.
The receptionist said we have to pay 15 $ for the sheet and replied that it was impossible that the petal would cause the stain.
I t all became worse when the owner came and told us that she is angry with us and she kept saying that we will pay and she doesn't care if we write a review on trip advisor or BOOKING.
The act continued when the guy from the laundry service came and we were kept from talking to him or addressing him!!! and they all talled to him in Vietnamese then he left.
We wanted to get everything over with and my husband offered to take the sheet himself to a dry cleaners near by and the Owner said that in that case I'd have to stay ( as Captive!!) and not go with him!! Even though we would have left our luggage there!!!
We paid the 15$ and we felt exploited and the way they all treated us was extremely rude and unprofessional.
This hotel deserves to be closed and I don't recommend anyone...

We arrived from the airport around 10:30pm, exhausted and looking forward to getting some rest. The hotel was small and messy, and when we went to check in, we were told the air-conditioning was broken. Instead, the receptionist directed us to a different property he claimed to own or manage.
At the second location, the staff member was friendly, but that was about the only positive. The room itself was dirty and poorly maintained. There wasn’t even any soap in the bathroom. The walls had visible stains, and the sheets on the bed were marked — I didn’t even feel comfortable showering there. You could clearly hear people talking and walking through the hallway all night, and to make it worse, the building was located across from a night club, so the noise continued well into the early hours.
When we left the next morning (despite having booked for three nights), water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling due to rain — and we weren’t even on the top floor. The hallways were covered in scratches and damage, and the whole place felt neglected and unhygienic.
We stayed one night only because it was already so late (about 11–11:30pm by the time we got settled), but we would never stay again and don’t recommend this...
Read moreWhen we first arrived from the airport, the hotel was quite hard to find and our taxi driver was also struggling to locate it. It is right across what I presume to be a club, District K, and is tucked in. The noise can be heard from our room but it wasn’t too bothersome for me. The first floor is the reception and there is also a lady who can help with tours and sightseeing of Vietnam.
The staff are very accommodating and helpful to us. When we first arrived, we had to wait an hour or so in a transit room as they were fixing the AC in our room. But the room we received after is very clean and nice. When we went out in the daytime we left our key with the reception and they cleaned our room, the bed and the bathroom.
There is free wifi, complimentary water, tea and coffee, as well as a mini fridge. The location of the hotel is great, as it is right by the ben thanh market and also in walking distance of delicious restaurants. We were traveling 3 people in total and stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in the family room. Would definitely recommend this room and hotel as it is worth...
