This restaurant has three branches and interesting they offer different menu at different outlets and the quality are not consistent at all among them. Went to D2 with my friend earlier. The onion soup and escargots were great and I decided to visit other branches near my house in D3. I went there twice in their D3 branch. The onion soup was served without cheese here and the lunch menu are so complicated and I saw a few customers like me needed time to understand. The escargots was also different with that from D2. I also ordered the king prawn quenelle for take away as it was raining that day. And it is extremely lousy for this dish and you can see the photo after I bought it home ( I forgot to take the photo in the menu to compare). The most disgusting thing is that there was a little piece of shrimp shell in the soft quenelle, it will be danger for kids.
I gave them a chance in their branch near Ben Thanh Market. I took a Grab as I want to eat grilled Salmon and my favorite escargots. Firstly I found that they don’s serve grilled Salmon here. Secondly after ordering for a few minutes, they told me that they also don’t have the escargots… So what will I do? I will never visit these brand of...

This restaurant was extremely disappointing, especially in its poor attitude toward Chinese customers. On a quiet Monday, the place was empty, yet the staff insisted on seating us at a cramped corner table. When we requested a more spacious spot due to having some belongings, we were still led to another tight corner. Later, we noticed that local and Japanese customers were seated effortlessly at the spacious four-person tables.
As for the food, the onion soup was overly salty and sweet, the pumpkin soup was overly creamy, and the duck confit was mediocre—far from the hype we saw online. The only dish that was somewhat decent was the escargot. Prices were extremely high, with an additional service fee that was completely undeserved. The service was awful, with staff showing cold and unfriendly attitudes, ignoring our requests to expedite orders, and even trying to take away our dishes before we were finished.
Overall, the food was bad, service was slow and rude, and the prices were unjustifiably high. Absolutely not...

Been here a million times, but the last 6 or so the service has been going down and down. Luckily the food remains mostly in tact, but starting to show signs of heading down with the service. Last night we went and waiters were so inattentive, we had to ask for everything multiple times: salt and pepper please, please bring the water we ordered, please bring bread (came cold and usually it is warm, then had to ask another 2 times); the waiter never came back to check if we wanted anything else like a desert; had to walk over to the kitchen to get more wine.... This was the first time we left without leaving a tip.... I understand the owner is opening new restaurants and is doing a great job with new concepts. But if you start ruining the ones that work well, what is the point of opening more? Time to re-focus. On the other hand, when Pizza4Ps opens a new one (as they just did in Saigon pearl), you can see the detail and control. And the other ones remain as strong as ever. Please...
