What I Liked:Exceptional ServiceThe staff responded immediately when I raised an issue with my original room and upgraded me without hesitation. This was a huge relief since I arrived past 7 PM after a long flight and was extremely tired. They also accommodated my mobility concerns by allowing me to use the staff elevator from the ground floor—something I truly appreciated.Prime LocationThe hotel is just a short walk from the famous Ben Thanh Market, surrounded by plenty of shops and dining options. If you don’t mind a lively, bustling area, this is an excellent spot to stay.Upgraded RoomThe upgraded room exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel—spacious, with strong water pressure and multiple showerhead options. While there’s no bathtub, I rarely use one, so it wasn’t an issue. The room itself was much larger than expected, with large windows and surprisingly quiet despite being near a busy street.Additional perks I loved:Netflix-ready TV (with an account already logged in)Comfortable bed with quality linens and pillowsBreakfastFor the price, the breakfast selection was reasonable and satisfying. What Could Be Improved:Mobility AccessAccessibility can be challenging as the main entrance and breakfast area both require stairs. An alternative solution for guests with mobility issues would be a great improvement.AmenitiesThere’s no pool or gym, so if those are essential for your stay, this might not be the best fit. Personally, this wasn’t an issue since I only stayed overnight.Original Room ConditionThe first room I checked into needed better maintenance, particularly the air conditioning. Since the room had no windows, it felt hot and humid. Considering I arrived late, there should have been enough time to ensure everything was in proper working order.Overall, despite a few areas for improvement such as accessibility and amenities, the excellent service, prime location, spacious upgraded room, and reasonable breakfast make this hotel a solid choice. I would still recommend it for a comfortable stay, especially if you value convenience and attentive staff which is a very important factor to me as it can make or break the whole...
Read moreJust left the hotel and immediately have to leave a review here in case I forget. As a new hotel in HCM, I am very glad they did not buy fake reviews to boost their ratings (it happens a lot in VN for shops and everything). My 3d2n stay here was amazing.
Usually I am someone who goes for hotels with high hundreds or thousands of reviews as it shows consistency. When I saw Kin Hotel had less than 100 google reviews, I was skeptical but all reviews looked so genuine. And yes it is true!
Though it is a small hotel, the staff and room were great for its price and location. Everytime I carry anything heavy or bulky, the male staff would rush to help me every time to carry up the short flight of stairs. They would also always press the lift for me - it showed great attention to their hotel guests.
Front desk staff were also very polite and friendly. I was even wondering if I was staying at a 5 star hotel because the staff were all so polite, courteous, friendly. Please keep it up and this hotel will continue to do very well.
Room wise, I booked a no window room. It was small but space was well sufficient. You can open 2 big luggages as well. Bed was comfy and clean - note that it is a queen size bed so as a 165cm person myself, my feet reached the end of the bed when I lay down. Haha. Also, because there is no window, it might be claustrophobic for some but I was totally enjoying it. But make sure to set an alarm to wake up because no sun would shine in.
Toilet was so clean and no signs of mould at all since the hotel is new. I love the huge green wall tile - caught myself staring it while bathing. Water pressure was STRONG and hot, perfect.
I did not have my room made up as I am too ashame of my mess lol. Also did not try the breakfast because I love sleeping.
Location is super good too. Near Nguyen Trai, Benh Thanh, malls and Cafe Apartment. Massage parlours were abundant.
As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe staying at this hotel! And will definitely choose again if I...
Read moreFirst time in Ho Chi Minh. Me and my friend decided to stay in this hotel. Tbh, we didn'g expect much from the hotel, but surprisingly, we made a good desicion.
Stayed 3 nights there from 15-18th July, it was so great!
We were welcomed by the bell boy from the moment we get out from the grabcar, he helped us to take out the heavy luggages and even carried them from the lobby to the room.
Upon check in, we were served with non-alcoholic drinks. It was very easy and simple to check in. No deposits required (depends on the hotel's policy, i guess).
We paid almost 700myr for 4 days, and every penny spent were worthy. The room are super comfy, complimentry drinks were served, toilet were squeaky clean, smart tv provided, and i purchased room with free breakfast.
For the breakfast, they got continental breakfast too, but they serve dishes with porks too. (Be careful if you can't eat pork). Other food was fine.
They didn't have iron in the room, you need to ask the receptionist of it. They have laundry service too! But kinda pricey.
If you stay here, it's very easy to go everywhere. Google it and you'll know.
Last but not least, i would come back again to HCM and will be staying here.
Do not forget to tip them🫣🤍 Their service...
