Nina Homes Phu My Hung — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

The best, really. I’ve literally walked into each of the services apartments in the area for two full days, this was by far the cleanest. In actuality, it’s probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. After having stayed here for more than 2 months, I can say I’m very satisfied and super impressed with the level of service and professionalism of the staff. Everything is so well organized and well thought out down to the smallest details. Not a single fingerprint on the mirrored elevator taking you to your room, fresh scent of aromatherapy coming from the diffuser on each floor, plants hanging down from the garden atrium, new appliances including an excellent washer/dryer in each room, the list goes on. We stayed at Nina Homes back in July 2023 and it was by far the best accommodation in our Vietnam trip! Room was very clean, well-equipped and well-maintained. The staff (manager, receptionists, housekeeper) were so nice, friendly and super helpful. They prepared umbrella and escorted guests from outdoor to the hotel on rainy days, they helped us to keep our luggage when we went to another city, and coordinated with Grab bike to pick it up when we were back. We had quite a few friends and relatives came to visit us during our stay too and they were all nicely welcomed! Location was away from hustle and bustle, safe and quiet.
