Pink Boutique Ben Thanh Hotel — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

We had a really good stay here. The location is great, close to tourist spots, food options and transport, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable, which always makes a difference. We had a window room with a nice street view, though it was a little noisy at night. The block out curtains helped and we still slept well. The air conditioner worked well too, although it did make a clicking sound now and then. The bathroom had great hot water and shower pressure, but since the shower was over a spa bath and there was no curtain or screen, the water went everywhere and the floor got pretty wet. A special shout out to Nick at the front desk who gave amazing service. He organised laundry for us and even had our runners cleaned and they came back looking and smelling fantastic. I looked reviews on google before I booking this hotel. Many people recommend and give positive reviews, so I decided to booking this hotel. I think this hotel is quite good, have affortable price, and the bed very comfortable. And the important point they keep the room clean dan tidy. This hotel is small, when I arrived I was quite surprised. In my imagination, this hotel not this small hahaha.. but it's okay, I can compromise. The staffs very nice and helpfull, even the front office Chris gave me and my friend a room upgrade without extra charge. The staff at the restaurant is friendly. Was expecting a basic clean functioning room with decent breakfast. But was utterly disappointed.

Welcome fruits (lime) were not in great condition.

No luggage rack.

Shower area drainage was poor ended up flooding out of the shower zone - stress showering.

Lines of ants were found.

The above was already after our initial room changed due to even worse conditions.

Breakfast was so poor that we only went there once.

If you are just looking a bed to rest and sleep with lower expectations, this place is fine with the great location.

You can save the extra accommodation cost (compare to other hotels) to spend on your other priorities like food or shopping.
