Hue Nice dorm — Hotel in Hue City

This dorm is located right in the center of Hue, close to many bars, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. It's perfect for walking around and exploring the city. The dorm is very safe and clean. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned every day. There is a laundry service available downstairs in the reception area (which is also the reception for the burger shop on the ground floor). The owner is very friendly and helpful. She speaks good English. This is a great place to stay for budget travelers who want to be in the heart of the action. The dorm is clean, safe, and affordable, and the staff is very friendly. Ms ly in the most kind person I have met so far!! My friend and I couldn’t find accommodation in hue for the night and she took us in after her sister in another hostel called her. The hostel has everything you would want- towels, curtain, clean bathrooms, good location and cleanliness. avevo prenotato questa struttura tramite l'app Agoda perchè economica e centrale, ma appena arrivata ho chiesto subito di cancellare: -l'ingresso è esattamente come si vede in foto, un portone su strada sempre aperto, senza reception, solo le scale che vanno su -pensando che la reception fosse al piano di sopra salgo le scale...ed invece mi ritrovo direttamente dentro al dormitorio!! con tutti gli effetti personali degli altri ospiti a disposizione!! -chiamo Ms Ly, che stava pranzando lì vicino, e molto gentile lascia il pranzo e arriva immediatamente: mi mostra che effettivamente il dormitorio non si chiude, ma c'è un lucchetto esterno da poter chiudere (tipo magazzino) quando tutti gli ospiti sono fuori (....quando??!?) -poi mi mostra il bagno: 1m², sul ballatoio, con la doccia sopra al water!!

Spiego che non mi sento sicura in quel posto e chiedo di poter cancellare, e la signora cortesemente acconsente. Ma mi sembra giusto indicare agli altri viaggiatori in cosa consiste esattamente...
