Four Seasons Hotel & Spa — Hotel in Nha Trang City

I enjoyed my extended stay at this lovely boutique hotel. The management and staff are kind and courteous. The in-room air conditioner and refrigerator were great - both quiet and cold. The television, fan and stainless steel kettle in my room were new and worked well. The Housekeeper Huyền is excellent and easygoing, as she sweetly keeps the rooms and common areas sparkling clean. She comes around in the afternoons, which was wonderful so as not to disturb late sleepers.

The hotel itself is well-maintained, in a quiet and safe area very convenient to the beach and main streets. Everything I needed was within easy walking distance and Grab orders arrived fast. I appreciated the fine details like the beautiful craftsman wood furniture and the miniature tree on the balcony. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and parking is conveniently onsite. The elevator is well-maintained and works quickly. The pool is adjacent to a dining area with city view and a full kitchen perfect for cooking or reheating a meal.

Was promised better price than in Agoda if paying by cash directly, but it was a lie. They asked 250k/night. When I showed them that in Agoda currently cheaper price and they were promised even lower price in person, they replied "then just book in Agoda". This is why I left disappointed. Everything else is okay for the price and staff are kind and smiley. But don't want to comeback because for 200-210k you can book a better...

Me and my friend had a great stay in Four Seasons Hotel and Spa. The rooms were really nice for the price plus you have access to the swimming pool, which is amazing. But, specially, what we liked the most was the human treatment from the hotel staff. They were very helpful and kind in many ways.
