我事先透過Booking.com訂房，這是一筆不可退款的訂單。訂房後，屋主主動丟訊息向我索要押金(透過銀行匯款或Paypal匯款)，我表明除了Booking.com，我拒絕私下匯款。

他說他是屋主本人，沒有收到押金否則不會提供房間給我。但我同時也無法求證資訊真偽。

雙方僵持不下，屋主不接單也不願意主動取消訂單。且Booking.com的客服電話和訊息都完全沒有接通/回覆。

直到最後屋主都沒有取消訂單。是我前一天晚上找他確認才說不願意接待我們。

我認為越南旅遊品質有待加強，很多旅遊服務有詐騙嫌疑。即使是透過國際平台預定也會出錯，千萬不要私下匯款...
