Hello, I visit this place often and everything was fine (and delicious and the waiters are good), but tonight an unpleasant situation occurred between 18 and 19 o'clock. I describe: I ordered caesar salad with chicken = 79 thousand dong and fried rice with chicken = 46 thousand, but they brought me an incorrect bill, Caesar cost 96 instead of 79, and rice cost 74 instead of 46. when the waiter came up, I pointed out the mistake and asked to bring the menu. As it turned out on the example of the salad, that the invoice indicated the wrong price, they quickly took the bill and brought a new one, in which they corrected only the cost of the salad. The rice was left with an incorrect price, and in the meantime I looked at the menu and saw that a new price was pasted in the menu, which confirms that this was done intentionally. I didn't have the strength to swear anymore (I really don't like to do this), I paid as is and left. Isn't it already necessary to look for a new place to eat?

Adding to my review: Once again I am in cafe Moscow, and I am very satisfied with the food and service. The price of rice is corrected in all menu. Many thanks to the cooks, as well as to the morning shift of waiters in the hall, especially the waiter named Loc. The guys work quickly and it is a pleasure...

After 10 minutes of arguing, we got our food. All this time, after paying the bill, the waiter asked us to leave the establishment and wait for the food to be collected on the street.

Very bad customer service!! Disgusting service that has nothing to do with friendliness and hospitality.

Most likely we won't come back here.

Очень плохое отношение к гостям!! Отвратительный сервис не имеющий ничего общего с дружелюбием и гостеприимством.

Скорее всего сюда больше не вернемся.

I'm glad I found this place on my first evening because I stayed for 3 weeks in Nha Trang and everyday I ate here as one of my three meals a day. The food was of a very good standard and I never got any food poisoning. The price is good compared to other Western food restaurants. The beer is a bargain at 10k a bottle. Location is good, just a 3 minute walk from the beach.
