PROS *Location is great, close to the beach and Vincom plaza and not too far walk from the city centre too. Price is also great. Very affordable with breakfast (but do not expect too much) *Breakfast ; I liked how there was a staff member who makes eggs for you.
CONS *Communication I was staying for 4 nights and the first two days my fridge wasn't working. I've asked them several times a day if they can fix the fridge, they'll always reply with " yes yes okay your room number ####" but NEVER SHOWED UP. When they finally fixed the fridge, I've asked the receptionists and left a note in my room saying "Please do not take my room key out bc there's cheese and other food in the fridge" (I've shown pictures of cheese and the fridge to the receptionist so we can be little more clear) Once again they'll replied with "okay okay no taking out key in room number #### " but when i came back to my room, all of my food went bad so we had to throw them out.
The next day, I've asked the receptionist again and told her what happened the day before and how we had to throw out all the food bc it went bad. AGAIN they replied with "okay okay no taking out key in room number #### " I've double checked with them multiple times but nothing was changed. Had to throw out all of the food since it got bad again.
fyi , we didn't had AC running while we were gone. We only wanted the fridge to run.
*CLEAN I don't think they CLEAN CLEAN the room. They clean the room but you might find hairs and some dusts on your bedside table or in other places.
*BREAKFAST breakfast is from 6-9:30 from my memory. They will literally TURN OFF the music and the dining room light when it's 9:30. It kind of makes sense but it was not a pleasant experience.
Overall, if you are looking for a cheap hotel with decent location, this might be great place for you. But do not expect...
Read moreNEVER STAY HERE!! If you have a family of 4 with children under 5 I don’t recommend this place, as they make you stay in different rooms that don’t have a conjoining door, which we were told we will have during booking. Instead we end up with separate rooms with one key each. Sadly each time I visit my son he has to answer the door for me. The granite used in the shower is so dangerous, my son slipped while walking into the dry shower. He cut his head severely and we rushed to the hospital to get stitches. We complained to the front desk about how dangerous it is, and they did nothing. They’ve also ripped our stroller bag while we were checking out; when we told them do not touch it. So we had to take the laundry bag for the stroller as replacement. Unfortunately, there is no sympathy from this hotel and they charged us for the bag. The money isn’t the issue, It is their lack of urgency and no sense of helpfulness. Even after being aware of my child injury they don’t clean the rooms properly, there was the same false eyelashes suck on mirror from previous guest. Gross and...
Read moreI just stayed here for 11 nights and had a great time. This hotel is super efficient with a wonderful staff in the reception, especially Tram, Tan, Anh, and Nhi. They were all wonderful at answering questions and assisting with various things I needed. The hotel is very clean; I had a partial seaview room with balcony, which was perfect. I went up to breakfast once, but it looked awful so I never returned. I only have two other complaints: the gym is a vast joke, with several old machines just so the hotel can say it has a gym, but do not expect anything useful. I went to a local gym down the road, which was fine. The other complaint is that I rented a motorbike twice from the hotel, and they were both terrible and unsafe. I encourage the hotel to please make sure you outsource a better company to rent motorbikes for guests. You are hurting your reputation for letting a bad company rent out unsafe motorbikes to your guests. It could bring your ratings down, even though I am going to be forgiving and still rate you very high. Overall, besides these two issues, the hotel...
