During my recent visit to Nha Trang, I had the pleasure of dining at Tuan's Vietnamese Cuisine, a charming eatery renowned for its authentic flavors. My experience was nothing short of delightful, and here's a breakdown of the culinary adventure.
Ambiance and Service: Tuan's presents a cozy and inviting atmosphere, typical of a local Vietnamese restaurant. The service was notably efficient, with our orders arriving promptly and the staff maintaining a friendly demeanor throughout our meal.
Food: The menu at Tuan's offers a variety of traditional dishes, and we opted to try the oysters, fish Pho, and an unexpected surprise — pirogi, a dish not typically found in Vietnamese cuisine, indicating a unique twist.
Oysters: Fresh and succulent, served with a simple yet flavorful dressing that enhanced their natural taste without overpowering it. Fish Pho: This was my first time trying fish Pho, and it certainly won't be my last. The broth was light yet aromatic, with the fish being tender and cooked to perfection, blending wonderfully with the rice noodles and herbs. Pirogi: An interesting addition to the meal, these were well-prepared with a pleasing texture and filling. Though not Vietnamese, it was a delightful nod to fusion cuisine.
Overall Experience: Tuan's Vietnamese Cuisine provides a genuine taste of Vietnam with a dash of culinary creativity, thanks to dishes like pirogi. The combination of swift service, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone in Nha Trang looking for an authentic dining experience with a twist.

Read moreTuan’s Vietnamese Cuisine was very tasty! Highly recommend this clean and welcoming restaurant! Service was attentive and fast!
Our party of 5 really enjoyed what we ordered: Crispy Eggrolls, well seasoned, that we wrapped in lots of lettuce and herbs and dipped in Nước Chấm. (They refilled the lettuce plate for free!), Spring rolls were also good when dipped in peanut dipping sauce. Crispy flavorful Bánh Xèo (Our Favorite!) that we wrapped in rice paper, lettuce and herbs (😘chef’s kiss), and Sautéed freshly picked Rau muống (Chinese spinach) with garlic! We were very happy with these dishes!
However, The Fried Tofu with lemon grass was not freshly fried so all you tasted is the sauce, and Bò Lúc Lắc (Shaken Beef) was little in amount very chewy in texture. The accompanying fried potato wedges were alright.
Overall, we had a great lunch here! Highly recommended even though it is a touristic place. How do we know? The restaurant has 3 floors and can accommodate tour groups. As we saw 20+ Koreans tourists running down to catch their tour bus.
My husband loved the sweet freshly opened coconut! He gave us all a taste and it was outstanding! We are finally satisfied now after trying nearly 2 dozen coconuts (too young- tasteless, just right- not sweet enough, too old - sour) throughout Mexico. (Our favorite vacation place)
Have a great time in Nha Trang! It’s a lovely place with lovely people! The fruits in early November...
Read moreThis is a really good restaurant – the food is delicious and very affordable. We usually spend around 300,000 VND for two people (two drinks and two main dishes), which is a great deal. We come here almost every day.
The staff are generally friendly, though there were a few times when they seemed tired or not as welcoming. A couple of times they mixed up our order and brought something different, but honestly, we didn’t mind – it was a chance to try something new 😅. For us it wasn’t a big issue, but if that matters to you, just double-check your order.
One time we did find a hair in the food, but in Vietnam this can happen sometimes. Again, not a deal-breaker for us, but it’s worth mentioning. Another small note: dishes that come with sauce always seem to have too little of it – and the sauce is so good! I’d recommend the restaurant consider offering larger portions of sauce or giving customers the option to ask for extra.
Overall, despite a few small negatives, this place is excellent. I’ve been here over 20 times, and I still keep coming back – that...
