OPOX — Hotel in Nha Trang City

The guesthouse is beautiful and situated away from the busy main road. Tri, the hotel manager, is a wonderful, warm, and welcoming person. He handles everything from cleaning the rooms to managing check-ins and check-outs, and even takes guests on tours! I was amazed at how hard he worked, but I wish he had more help. The top floor has a laundry facility that guests can use for free, and there is also a filtered water tank where you can refill your water bottle, which makes it convenient for extended stays. I stayed for 23 nights and enjoyed every moment of it.

If you're planning to stay in the centre of town for an extended period, it's important to keep in mind that besides the beach and shopping, there aren't many activities to do. To avoid getting bored, make sure to plan some day trips outside the city. However, if you're staying only for a few days, this shouldn't be a problem. The room was quite nice and clean. Tri was very kind and provided us with all additional kitchen stuff that we needed. However, the room didn't have a washing machine as promised. The washing facilities are on the top floor. Half of our stay the boiler was broken, and we were told about that only when we asked why the water was cold. The same micommunication happened about cleaning. On checking-in, we were told that they clean rooms every four days, though they actually did it once a week and only after our reminder. So little advice I can give - they will never tell you about a problem if you don't ask them.
