The pros of this hotel are only the low cost and the fact that it is very close to the sea. ||Now about the minuses! ||I have not seen anywhere but this hotel such an attitude of the staff. Although I traveled all over Vietnam and stayed many places ! In this hotel I stayed twice in February and January for over a month and then in February for two weeks ! The first time only general observations: the lobby is always crowded with motorcycles so that it is impossible to pass in the evening. The pool is constantly dirty and filled with garbage, the water smells, from the shower water goes jerky: To hot or cold, it may not be the pressure of water and barely drips, audibility: you can hear all the conversations in the corridor and behind the wall. You can hear when a chair is moved above your head - it's a terrible sound. I can hear the neighbors having sex. Hearing when the neighbor across the hall listens to music all night with two fun girls. He lived with the door open and all night the hotel security did not act or try to calm him down. I had to do it myself to keep him quiet at night, we have a small child. ||Wi-fi works just disgusting. Internet practically does not work. The glass carafe in the water is poured from some plastic bottles it is unclear where they get it from: there is a feeling that dial from the tap.||||The public areas are filthy. Around the pool is filthy. It's unbearable. Huge iron cart cleaner all the time stands in the corridor occupied space opposite the elevator - it is at least not aesthetically pleasing.||||I had no complaints about the cleaning, although my friends staying in the same hotel told me that they cleaned badly. I noticed this only after staying in this hotel for the second time. ||It so happened that in other hotels there were no places during the Eastern New Year. So we had to go back to the same hotel. Do not take these employees at their word they do not keep their promises. ||We agreed with the girl from the reception about our arrival. Confirmed the date and arrived. We observed all the rules of courtesy and etiquette: we patiently waited for 2 hours of the day for check-in. We did not bother anyone, although we actually arrived in the city at 6 am. Although that girl, a hotel employee, in the morning we wrote that if the room will be released earlier that we would be informed. But our request was ignored. Did not inform us about any changes. At 2 pm check-in time I came smiling and in a great mood. And the girl at the reception was surprised and said that the hotel is full. And everything is occupied for three days in advance. And there's no reservation in my name. And rooms will be only in three days. We started to find out the details and I had to show her correspondence with her colleague. Her colleague didn't pick up the phone and didn't reply to my messages. As it turned out later: she simply forgot to put me in the reservation, probably distracted by something and by her own negligence forgot to reserve a room for us. That's why she didn't answer messages to me or pick up the phone from her coworkers. She must have been scared.||||History application for the next day.||Eventually this coworker finally showed up at work. And when I approached her and showed her the correspondence, she started waving her hands at me in a boorish manner, shouting and shouting at me, chasing me away with gestures, although I didn't say a single bad word to her and kept smiling, somehow, that's what politeness requires. This woman rudely refused her words began to deny everything looking into my eyes, shouting, and gesticulating insolently. I offered her not to create conflicts and just find us a hotel nearby at the same price as compensation for her mistake. She keeps yelling that she won't look for anything. She says go away. On the words that it is her mistake and not mine, the employee also reacted inadequately. She did not even want to call the manager and superiors. I found the manager's number myself on a business card. I contacted the managers and told them the problem. They didn't answer right away either. I sat on a bench near the hotel for about an hour, tired, sleepless, hungry, and without a place to stay. When the manager answered, she started to defend her employees. But she said I could book for tomorrow. But I didn't book through the cashier's office. I don't trust them anymore. I made a reservation through another site, which an hour ago there were no rooms for tomorrow. The whole town was full during the holiday. So there was a room, but the manager unlocked it. She promised to find a place, but she didn't. I looked for accommodation for the night myself and wandered the streets until the evening. ||||The next day I checked into the hotel. But the disgusting attitude on the part of the staff started. For two weeks they never cleaned the room. They never changed the water. When I asked to change my linen, they put a dirty blanket and pillowcases. When I told about it - but in general they put a blanket with a brown stain for the second time, as if someone used it in the toilet instead of paper. Photo attached. The pool was dirty all the time. On the second day they moved me for some reason to a room without ventilation and windows under the pretext that my room should be repaired. Although my room suited me perfectly. In the new room there was a broken toilet, divorces on the ceiling, drips and stains on the walls, a broken lock that opened in one case out of four, plumbing splashed and leaked from all the cracks. No one responded to requests for repairs. During the holiday no one did not clean the common areas at all. Not even a bad job was done. Local people on holidays sat on the floor in the corridors, ate and drank directly on the floor, on the veranda, and everywhere in the common areas. These local people left dirt on the floor, scattered scraps and cigarette butts, left all sorts of stains and traces of fun on the places where they sat, these people poured drinks from glasses directly into the pool. And it is disgusting. The administration of the hotel did not act and did not prohibit them and did not stop their antisocial actions. Being in the hotel became impossible. I changed the hotel as soon as the booking time was over, as the hotel does not return the money. And at the very end, they managed to mix up their passports. ||I had to go back to the hotel because they gave me someone else's passport.||||I do not recommend this place to anyone. Très très sale + mal entretenu + service déplorable !!! Je pense pas qu'on ait réclamé un dédommagement colossal au vu de tout ce qu'on a payé chez eux, qu'on nous a refusé, en plus de vouloir nous réclamer encore plus, si on avait pas mis les poings sur la table !!
• 2 nuits pour 659 000 dg vnd (22€) - 2,5 kg de linge pour 100 000 gd vnd (3,2€) - 3 jours de location de scooter pour 450 000 dg vnd (14,83€) = 1 209 000 dg vnd (39,86€) •
Chambre et salle de bain avec des larves et saletés sur tous les murs et plafonds, serrure de porte défaillante la dernière nuit, draps avec des tâches en tout genre + poils + cheveux. Piscine sale, échelle de la piscine instable, sol autour de la piscine avec des gros trous (très dangereux), ascenseur sale.
On a dû demandé à la réception avec INSISTANCE de nouveaux draps, car selon eux "tout est propre". On nous a ramené une autre couette avec la housse d'une autre chambre, qui était dans le même état. On a fini par faire avec.
On a loué un scooter 2 jours, avec l'essence remplie à moins de la moitié. On a demandé à faire une machine (rien à signaler) mais au moment du réglement, je demande un geste de leur part pour nous offrir la machine, vu les conditions promises de l'établissement qui sont inexistantes. On a reçu un "merci pour votre conseil mais non". Bref.
Le dernier soir, plus moyen de rentrer dans la chambre. On demande à la réception, qui arrive à mettre le boîtier en mode ouverture mais ne se ferme plus. On nous propose de changer de chambre mais nous faisons le check out le lendemain matin, pour un autre hôtel à côté. Changer de chambre pour en avoir une dans le même état pour 5h, aurait été se rajouter dans l'ennuie.
On a rajouté un 3e jour de location de scooter. Au moment de le rendre, personne à la réception. On y retourne le lendemain, il nous reste officiellement 30 min de location avec le plein d'essence. On nous réclame 150 000 dg vnd (4,94€), pour cause de "retard", ce qu'on a refusé car on le rend à l'heure et avec plus d'essence qu'au moment où on l'a eu.
On ne s'attendait pas à être dans du luxe avec tous les critères parfaitement respectés mais un minimum au moins !
Pour le coup, on aurait espéré un geste de la part de l'établissement, au moins sur le linge. Nous n'avons pas réclamé un remboursement intégral, mais certainement pas à ce qu'on ose nous réclamer plus que ce qu'on leur doit !!
On a eu de très bonnes expériences avec les locaux de façon générale, mais pour le coup déçus du staff de cet établissement.
Seul vrai point positif est l'emplacement, que vous pouvez retrouver chez les hôtels voisins pour quasi le même prix, avec la qualité promise.

Read moreSome pretty harsh reviews for this place which is a shame… saying that, our stay wasn’t exactly perfection. There were ants in the bed & on the bedside table and that really freaks me out so I didn’t get the best nights sleep for the 2 days we stayed.
That being said, the rooms are really cheap and in a great location. More so, the staff are really kind and helpful and we used them to book Vinwonder. They also booked us a bus out of Nha Trang and didn’t rob us blind with the cost. We were also grateful that they’d allowed us to have an early check-in (6am) the day we arrived off a sleeper bus. Bike rental was pretty cheap too. Lastly, their rooftop pool is big enough for 2 people but luckily that’s all there seemed to be staying there so we had it to ourselves. It was a small but clean pool and the sun loungers were great too!
We would definitely stay here again if the ants were gone!...
