Awful experience - avoid at all costs. If you stay between floors 32-50 expect to endure loud jackhammer construction every day from 7am to 9:30pm, sometimes 10pm. We were told it would last two days, but it’s been six weeks (and it started before we arrived). They strategically show you the room during construction lunch hours so it seems quiet when you sign the contract.||The construction on floors 41 and 42 is deafening. From our apartment on level 38, the noise is so loud we can’t even have a conversation from one meter away. I cannot work on my laptop here.||We hoped for a break from the noise on Christmas Day, but when we asked them not to drill on Christmas Day, their response was incredibly rude. Considering the number of foreigners living here, we found this especially disrespectful. We had to pay 2 months of rent upfront. The building has 46 floors. There is a hotel on floors 1-26, and apartments on floors 27-46. I stayed at unit 3806 (1-bedroom) managed by Phi Yen agency. Price for 1 month was 9M VND + utilities (water, electricity, internet).

Pros: fast and clear communication with manager; awesome location 100 meters to beach; stunning view from 38th floor over the harbor, Vinpearl island, beach and mountains; both ACs are well maintained, no any smell; because of elevation, apartment is efficiently ventilated with open windows; good water pressure and temperature of hot water; stable WiFi; no any pests inside.

Cons: only 2 working elevators (out of 3), they are slow and crowded. One day it was even 1 of them in operation leading to big congestion in lobby hall; furniture and entire interior is outdated and requires renovation; cleaning was not good, so at the 1st day we washed out dust and stains from many surfaces; we bought new cooking utensils, pot and pan because existing ones were in really bad condition; apartment faces a beach club which plays very loud music until...
