My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The breakfast they served was a sad excuse for a meal. The options were meager, and the quality was reminiscent of cafeteria leftovers. It was a tasteless and uninspiring start to the day.

As for the rooms, they were appalling. Dull, dreary, and in a state of neglect. The furnishings looked like relics from the last century, worn down and uncomfortable. The cleanliness was questionable at best, making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.

To add insult to injury, my AirPods mysteriously vanished from the room. Despite our suspicions pointing towards the housekeeping staff, the hotel displayed an appalling lack of concern. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility were shocking. We were left with no choice but to involve the authorities, ruining our plans for a day at Vinpearl Land.

What's worse, despite the hotel's negligence and the distress caused, they adamantly refused to compensate us for the missed day at Vinpearl Land. This level of indifference and refusal to rectify their mistakes is inexcusable.

We booked 2 weeks in advance, the day off Lunar New Year and the day before my check-in date. I was contacted and lied to saying this is a fake booking, "Please cancel," they said, because they obviously made a mistake and the booking was already given to a walk-in in guest.
